I ordered a salad using the Zupa app and after not receiving it, I called the Bloomingdale location and spoke with Gabby, the store manager. Apparently the 3rd party delivery service did not show up. I said to just cancel the order but Gabby was getting ready to leave and she drove to my house to deliver my salad. That is great customer service. Thank you, Gabby!
The food is so good. I got the bacon avocado turkey sandwich. The sauce is amazing! I got the chicken chipotle salad the dressing was phenomenal! Definitely going to be a favorite place of mine from now on
