As far as Chick-fil-A goes, this is a as good as they come, although it was one of the first times I went through a CFA drive-through and they were very confused about the orders.

Chicken quality has gone down since they changed the chicken. Also smaller portion of chicken that consists of mostly breading now followed with a single paper thin pickle slice, Fries only filled half way, no sauce when asked if I wanted sauce.

Expensive meal for lower quality and quantity. Starting to feel like a McDonald’s

I’ve been coming to this chick fil a for years now and have never had an issue until today. I placed my mobile order and received my confirmation email, had been charged, and everything only to pull into the drive thru and for them to tell me they don’t have it. They asked me to pull up to the window and one of the workers called the manager, Jose, who was no help at all. I showed them my confirmation and he said “Well we don’t have anything” and when I asked what I could do to fix the issue he said nothing, ignored me, and walked away without another word. I had to contact customer service to cancel my order and to get a refund because I had in fact placed my order correctly. Incredibly disappointing.

Put my order curbside. So then I get notified my order will be right out. 10 minutes later nothing. Waited a bit more. So decided to go in and my order is just sitting there. Dont get me wrong she was nice, but how long was my order ready just sitting there for my food to be cold
