Twice I have ordered through uber eats and have received the wrong order. Also agree with the reviewer who says fries are not filled properly.

I have never experienced a bad service at chic til tonight ! I was delivered my food without any sauce! I'm at work literally crying! I can not eat this sandwich DRy! I literally called to make sure it wasn't forgotten and the young man promised me it was going to be in the bag

I slipped and fell Nov 29, 2025 outside the Chick-fil-A because the sidewalk was not shoveled or salted during an active snowstorm. Injuring my back, wrist and Knee.
What made it worse was the two employees that were outside talking instead of clearing the snow with the shovels just leaning against the building. They watched me fall and laughed while I was on the ground attempting to get back on my feet.one of the employees afterward commented that he was “supposed to be shoveling.”
This was extremely unprofessional and unsafe. Guests should not be put at risk because employees are ignoring their responsibilities and then laughing at someone getting hurt. I hope management takes this seriously.
After four years of being a regular, it's safe to say I will not be returning.

I always use this chick fila since its near my job. me and my coworkers always get 5-6 chickfila biscuits in the morning but today was awful , the biscuit was drier than a rock and the chicken was old. I dont know what happened to them but we won't be taking food from here again.
