Server was not skilled in listening or checking in with customers. First saw this at neighboring table and then same at our table. Unfortunately I was seeking a healthy alternative and found only a salad - lettuce, shredded cheese, croutons. Had nachos and salsa at our table - chips a bit stale, salsa watered down. Atmosphere typical of a '90s chain. Sorry for such a review but I found nothing appealing at this restaurant; I now know why I have not visited a Chili's in about 20 years.

We ordered the triple dipper. With the famous mozzarella stick. We were sadly disappointed with the no cheese pull. Other than that the service was good.

To go order was wrong

The 6 oz. sirloin I ordered medium came back well done. I showed our waitress and she was very apologetic. She put in a new order and the next one came out in a completely different cut, much thinner and well done again. Maybe it was an off day but very underwhelmed with the food.

I would have given a 5 but the manager cheated me out of a few bucks, after he Overcharged me and another employee pointed it out. He didn't compensate me he said things would have to go through corporate, I told him dont worry just double the item and I'll pay the difference. For a few bucks he could have compensated me, or he could have allowed me to buy double. Instead he gave me 1/8 of the item ordered. That was poor management and a bad try at manipulation. Not the best manager moment. I will not post his name at this time in hopes that he reads this and think about how he treats the customers that keep him employed.

This Chilis is my go-to place for a quick, yummy, affordable dinner. You can’t go wrong with a classic burger and one of their margaritas. Plus, the staff is super friendly and accommodating. When I am feeling too lazy to cook (which is basically every night), this is where we end up for either take out or to dine in.
