Ordered off Chili’s app themselves. (App is straight out of 1999, it’s so delayed & glitches). They apparently partner with DoorDash for delivery. We live 3.8miles away. Placed an order, got confirmation, watched 3 drivers confirm & then decline our pickup order. After an hour of waiting, the order was cancelled on Chili’s end. When calling the store’s location, the manager could care less and said there is nothing he could do. Didn’t offer any solutions, didn’t take accountability. I get DoorDash is a 3rd party.. but maybe don’t offer up their service, confirm the order, let it sit for an hour only to completely cancel, and then show zero accountability. At the end of the day, your business is your responsibility. If you’re going to manage a location, manage all services & do it well. Poor excuse.

Got 2 of the double smash burger deal 10.99. We received one and a quarter patties that were very bland. There was no seasoning. Ended up throwing the food away it was so terrible. A waste of $23.00. I was very disappointed specially after seeing there commercial which brought me in. I will not be coming back.

Good food and great portions. Service is always fast and very friendly waitress.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Food quality has gotten worse over the years and the pricing keeps going up so it's getting harder to justify eating here. The 3 for me is really the only halfway decent valu. They at least give you a decent size drink. They give you a crazy amount of chips and a small cup of salsa.

We had a reservation for 6 and weren’t able to be seated until 6:50. Multiple orders had missing or undercooked food. What came out properly was good but I would not recommend dining at this location.

Man, I just don’t know yet. 20 years alive never went here, went here finally to try it. It wasn’t bad. Just I feared I may have food poisoning now considering how bad my stomach feels after eating there. There was a sole reason why I avoided it for 20 years and I feel like I should’ve stayed away from it. But the overall experience wasn’t the worst.

Love Chilis but this to go order was tough. The wings had NO buffalo sauce. It was all in the bottom of the to -go tray. There was a sliced olive floating in my salad dressing container and the ranch and marinara containers were half full. Almost looked used!!! Ugh
Just disappointed after the amount of money spent.

Ate here with some friends last Friday. Our waiter offered us chips and gave us the impression that it was on the house, which I know a lot of restaurants will do (offer bread or chips when you get seated).

At NO point WHATSOEVER did he disclose we would be charged for this - we didn't find out until we got our bill and saw we were charged $6 for a basket of chips and salsa?!

I wanted to be lenient about this because the kid kept saying it was his first day and he started shortly before we arrived, but even if that was an honest mistake, it's really scummy to offer us that without disclosing it wasn't free of charge. We won't be eating here again.

This place is very average. There are some prices that can be intriguing to come, but I likely will not return. The Nashville mozz sticks are solid but way too greasy and over seasoned. A little less of everything in their mozz sticks would make them perfect. Not a bad place but not a good one

I ordered the chili. It was a tiny little bowl and it tasted like crap.

I haven't ordered from Chili's for a while, but boy, has it gone downhill! The bun is tasteless and dry, and the toppings are so meager. You used to get a nice slice of tomato, several whole leaves of lettuce, a thick slice of red onion, three or more big pickle chips, and mustard. Now, I got one tiny sliver of a pickle, and a limp, paper thin slice of tomato. The chopped lettuce was ready to be thrown out.
The sandwich was barely warm and was a mess. You don't get any discount for the black bean burger or omitting the cheese either.
Chili's has lost me as a customer.

I can’t say enough, our smash burger and potato soup, along with the Blackberry iced tea was great. Double kudos to our server Katelyn, she met us at the door and seated us. She took care of us as if we were family! When we return we will ask for her!

Kid-friendliness: Ask for Katelyn as your server. She was super friendly and helpful.
