It took awhile for our appetizer, soup and salad to make it to the table. Within minutes the entree came served by the manager. I said we weren't ready for the food. He set the it down anyway and just missed hitting me in the face with the plate. For some reason my husband thought that was funny. I had to remove all extra items over to the waitress station in order for the food/drinks to fit.Disappointed in our dinning experience. We left with most of our food, that much food all at once was unappetizing.

Sarah was our server tonight. She was very good. I will tell you I have eaten at Chili's locations in TX and tonight in Bloomingdale IL the food was much tastier. I don't know why. Sirloin potato and corn on the cob. Tasted great along with my blackberry margarita!. When the food was coming out the restaurant did a great job tag teaming my table. This started to subdue as the restaurant got busier. We picked a table in the bar area. This was smart as there were misbehaving children in the family areas. Overall great food great service good value. Well done!

The food was really good. A lot of flavor and it came out nice and hot along with everything together. The service was good. Refills were timely. And the atmospheres really nice as well. I would recommend this place.

Havnt been to chili's in forever! This visit was amazing ! The server was new and so attentive and friendly! The manager chris table touched he was also very pleasant! They #reccomended great menu items as I was undecided!

If I could give a zero stars I would. I ordered the Ancho SalmonSeared chile-rubbed Atlantic salmon, cilantro pesto, cilantro, queso fresco. Served with Mexican rice & steamed broccoli. I had the loaded mashed potatoes instead of the steamed broccoli. When I tell you pictures are deceiving, they are??♀️!! wasn’t nothing seared about my salmon at all I wish I could’ve took a picture before they took it back. The manager told me they don’t Sear here. (so why is it on the menu?). Then we asked for a shot of 1800 dark straight and they brought us watered down shots that’s suppose to be straight no chaser. I will never go to this chili’s again!! Poor management skills.

I was just a chilis three days ago & the waiter I had was sick ? Now I don’t know how chilis policy are about working while being sick but it should be taking seriously since germs can pass over to foods, which is probably why the reason I ended up getting sick as well. Be CAUTIOUS of who serves
