Stopped in for lunch and overall had a good experience. The food was solid fresh, flavorful, and consistent with what I expect from Chipotle. Service was okay, not bad, but could’ve been a bit more attentive and quicker during the rush. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, making it an easy spot for a quick meal. Would definitely come back, but there’s a little room for improvement on the service side.

The staff was very professional & friendly. Unlike the staff at 87th & Lafayette in Chicago.
The service was awesome! No debating about quantity of food given. The staff here was soo mature!

There is nothing wrong with the food, food tastes great but the portion sizes are crazy!!! Ordered a burrito bowl and normally I am able to share it with 3 other people and now it barily fills me up, costumer service and staff ignored my requests and got half of what the regular portion is.

The worst chipolte I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been there several times. Every time I’m disappointed. The guac is terrible and their meats are so spicy! Save yourself the frustration and go to another location!
Found half an onion in my burrito. Filled it with white rice barely any chicken. The rice wasn’t cooked properly, absolutely abysmal experience.

If you want the worst Chipotle experience, go here. I came in, ordered a bowl, and the guy making it acted like he was doing me a huge favor instead of just doing his job. He ignored my requests, did the opposite of what I asked, and gave me very little of everything. I didn’t say anything at the time because I’m shy, but then I noticed him smirk at his coworker like it was some kind of joke. That’s when I realized it wasn’t just a bad day, it was intentional. On top of that, the hygiene here is questionable. Within minutes of eating, I had a sore throat, which makes me think cleanliness is not a priority. I’m not asking for a fancy dining experience, just basic respect and sanitary food. Management should really address this because this was well below acceptable standards.
