Worst location by far the portions are close to nothing

Legitimately one of the worst chipotles in the area. I’ve been to many in the Chicagoland area and this is by far the absolute worst location. In my recent order (chipotlane) they forgot my drinks, chips n guac, and forks for my bowl.

Not to mention how they cheaped out on my bowl. I asked for several items to be extra just for me to get an obvious regular amount. *Please don’t go here*

First: the portion size was flat-out unacceptable. I paid full price and got a bowl that looked like someone was rationing ingredients. It wasn’t “a little light”, it was noticeably short on core items, like they were trying to stretch inventory. And before anyone says “just ask for more,” I did. Even then, it felt like pulling teeth just to get what should be a regular, normal portion. If you’re going to charge Chipotle prices, then serve Chipotle portions and not a half-portion that leaves people still hungry.

Second: the cleanliness was bad. The place looked dirty and neglected, like no one was staying on top of the dining room or the service area. When a restaurant can’t keep the store looking clean, it immediately raises questions about what’s happening behind the counter. It’s not complicated: wipe things down, keep it tidy, and run the store like you actually care.

Overall, it felt like this store is operating with a “do the minimum” mindset, minimum portions, minimum effort, minimum pride. That’s not what customers are paying for. If you want people to come back, stop cheaping out, stop letting the store look gross, and start delivering the standard experience that every other decent Chipotle manages to provide.

Until then, I’d strongly recommend going to another location. This one doesn’t deserve your money right now.

Out of red sauce, lettuce and corn. No sign to inform customer they’re out of food until you go to the end of the line to get the items.

I walked in during lunch. There is nobody in line at all. It was only me, and the whole interaction started 100% rude.

I asked for two bowls, and as we were going through the bowls, I was asking for different ingredients, but I was met with a bunch of attitude and didn’t get what I wanted.

Instead of the girl at the counter, telling me that they didn’t have it, she would just give me a blank stare and not say a word. I would then proceed have to ask her if she had said ingredient. Some ingredients weren’t available in the front, and she had to go get those. But I had such a frustrating experience, that after she forgot about those ingredients, I just decided to leave. I would never come back here, I thought I’d give chipotle another chance and well, that didn’t work out.

If I could give a 0 I would.

They put 2 bowls and a burrito in one bag. The bag got wet and ripped before I even made it back home with it which resulted in everything falling out of it and one of the bowls spilled on the road. Down bad packaging. Give more bags next time.

We placed an order today and it was wrong. The number on the receipt didn't work when we called about it. When we went to the store, Donna, the manager refused to help us and told us to call the number on the receipt to complain.

Really, really, small portions. The size of our 3 bowls and one burrito this last visit was pretty laughable considering we ordered extra rice and beans, and the bowl was barely half full. Used to be considerably more food at this location.

Every time I come here there is an issue. I use the app to place a pickup order and they seem to not understand names. It’s pretty simple, there was only one to go order on the counter and instead of looking at the receipt the lady working the drive through walked around the store. And of course the food was cold and the portions were way off.

Such small portions now. I ordered two burrito bowls. Both combined would equal one bowl. My rice came in balls and was hard. The food was also cold and I picked it up exactly at pickup time requested. So disappointed in this location.
