At 1140am on April 4th, I decided to stop and get myself nice steak bowl for lunch. So i walked up and told the first nice guy making my bowl i wanted half chicken and half steak and another order of steak " aka double steak" . But the Hispanic guy by the register was giving me attitude and muttering stuff under his breath and I asked him what was his issue and why was hes being an ass he said " i have no issue and smirked and just brushed it off". I told the tool bag worker this is what I get at EVERY chipotle and I had receipts to show him so he can charge me accordingly but I wish you have a talk with him because people were behind me and I can tell they weren't please with this tool bag. If I was you I'd fire him. I've told 10 people not to come here because you have ignorant worker. Maybe THATS WHY you guys have 3.5 stars it's a YOU problem .

The person Connor did a horrible job. And he charged my mother for a Chicken Bowl instead of a Chicken Burrito. The price is only a few cents of a difference, but thats not the main issue. Horrible attitude, poured way less than half of salsa on the side, barely any steak in the burrito bowl we ordered, and to top it off charging a few extra cents? No. So many better locations. Please go to the other Chipotle in Bloomingdale, they know how to do it right! Smh. Receipt says Host: Connor, 04/02/2025 6:34 pm.

Their service has gone downhill workers don’t look like they want to be there and most of the time they aren’t even paying attention to what you are ordering. Several times employees have forgotten to add something that I ordered or added something that I didn’t ask for. They don’t want to attend to you so they just rush your order and before you know it you're paying for something that isn’t exactly what you wanted. Even on days when they aren’t as busy staff will just stare at you or ignore you before attending you with an attitude of not wanting to be there. Anyways aside from service their food can sometimes be good and other times not so good. Sometimes the meat is too salty and overcooked and other times it’s barely seasoned.

You’ve gotta love a Chipotle and this one has a cozy interior BUT… Counter staff looks right through you and just tosses the ingredients around, rather than try to prepare a good meal.

I have to agree with others than they’re a little tight with the portions here as well. We paid for two sides of queso and they were only 1/2 full (or 1/2 empty).

Went there and got 2 burritos and tacos the burritos had almost no meat and one of the tacos were Barron will not be going to this location again very disappointed for the amount spent.

This place is known for underserving portions compared to other chipotles and when you ask for more, they get all upset and petty with you giving you attitude as if you’re taking food off their own plate. Employee named Maria constantly gives customers a bad attitude when you ask her for the portions you’re allotted to have. She’ll make it personal and try to charge you double for a single portion. Another employee had to take over and actually give me my moneys worth. Complaints won’t get you anywhere either because the GM protects certain employees (another employee told me this). Corporate needs to get involved with the management/training of the employees here and change things up.

Night staff was a bunch of young adolescents fooling around. I get that it’s great to have fun at work but being loud and obnoxious while serving the food in your face is not it. Their portions were very small and they didn’t even have black beans put out. They told me it was a 5-15 min wait so I just declined. Staff needs to be better and not as obnoxious while people are trying to eat their food.

Absolutely horrible! They are so stingy with their portions. You pay $15 for a bowl and get half of what you would get a year ago. And not even just with the meat, they are stingy about everything. I paid for double chicken, and I literally got 1-1/2 scoops of chicken crumbs. Why can’t they have a cup size thing that ensures the same amount of meat gets put in a bowl among all location. It’s literally a hit or miss…

Just ordered a steak quesadilla for pick up and realized there is ABSOLUTELY NO STEAK in this quesadilla. I also ordered a small queso and it was only half filled. This is just absolutely unacceptable, especially since I paid extra for meat.

Update: I submitted a claim the same day of this incident through the app. A week has gone by and never heard back from customer service, or management at this location.

Good food. But... they forgot my tortilla and will screw up here n there. Constant new employees.
Just messed order up again. That's what I get for ordering & pating extra.
Tried calling various times no answere at all.
