All the meats and cooked items are cold. Not hot. Not warm. I went back to get the same order as a re-do in the day time. And ate it right away there but the meat was still not warm. Their heat pans are not keeping their cooked items warm because I had the staff mix up the meat so the "heat " would be evenly distributed. But the food still came out cold. It's a mess there. They have no concept of sanitation meaning keeping hot foods hot. Better to go to any other fast food place because at least you'll get hot food that are supposed to be hot. It's fine if you just want a salad at this Chipotle but don't waste your time and your health.Also their customer service is non-existent. It's a franchise and I'm sure this one will close down. Don't waste your time calling or emailing their customer service number unless you want a BOGO coupon.

Not sure what goes on with employees or bosses at this location. There was nobody in line but me. 5 employees behind the counter doing nothing. Takes way too long to get in and out for a simple bowl to go.. They have no focus on taking care of a paying customer. They are clueless and have blank stares on their faces. Will not return. Portions small.

A wonderful place, the service is excellent, and the food has a wonderful flavor, close to Arabic food. This is the first time I have eaten in a Mexican restaurant, but I enjoyed the food.

This place is a disaster, I recommend that you do not come here, they give you very little food, the portions are very small and they charge a lot of money. A friend works here and says that there are cockroaches in the kitchen, that the meat smells bad when they cook it, everything is processed. nothing is fresh just the guacamole and sometimes it's black don't come here and give away your money

9 out of 10 times I've ordered online (through the app) they've gotten my order wrong. I'm a professional trainer/bodybuilder and Chipotle is usually a convenient spot to get some macros in. Yet I've run into the issues of not getting a 2x portion of protein nearly every time I've ordered online. One night, I actually drove back to this location to finally give feedback to an active manager and his suggestion to me was "from now on , come inside and watch them make it." What a shame...
