Bad customization for menu items holds this place back. Its a dollar upcharge for rice even if you want to just replace the beans and it was maybe a quarter cup of rice that was added at best. For a dollar upcharge making it an over 12 dollar burrito after tax it is not really worth the price.

I ordered pick up belly bowl. They gave me a tablespoon of beans and no rice. Then I got a chicken bone. I'm very sad.

Normally the tacos are 🔥🔥🔥🔥However, I went around 2pm today and my chicken tacos were awful!! No seasoning, & the chicken had a weird taste almost like fish. It also taste like the meat was old or just bad! First time ever having a bad experience at this location.

Just ordered a taco bowl and a burrito bowl while eating the taco bowl I noticed the Reno beans in it so I called them and said why is there no beans in my taco bowl they said if you want to come in and will give you a side of beans I said will you make me another one? They said no we will just give you a side of beans lol this is not the first time I had problems with cilantro Sia, theres other places to go to.

I recently tried the veggie burrito bowl from Cilantro, and I have to say it was a huge disappointment. The bowl was bland, lacking any real flavor or seasoning. There were no sautéed vegetables on the veggie bowl just lettuce and tomatoes, and the portion size was way too small for the price. The rice was dry, and the beans tasted like they came straight from a can. Overall, it felt like no care went into making the dish, and it left me unsatisfied and frustrated. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again. I paid $12.50 and for less money I could go to chipotle and have a good meal. Attached was the website picture and the picture of my meal.

The staff is friendly, patient and calm and they are bilingual too. The food is amazing I had very specific concerns with my food and how it was made. They made is exactly the way I asked them too. Overall great experience!!!!!

Dietary restrictions: I only have Zabiha Halal meat and I wanted the shrimp to be toasted lightly and not to be cooked in the same oil or same cutlery as other meat.

It’s called “cilantro” for a reason more cilantro than meat! Tacos are an embarrassment!! Think twice before dropping your money here!!

Always love to support a family and woman owned business, I’ll definitely say that! I was disappointed avocado was still on my food since I both checked no avocado on my online order and wrote a note about it. I also don’t see any reason to add corn and peas to the rice…I can’t eat corn so I had to pick it out. Overall though it’s decent!
