I went the other day around 2 noon and there were two very friendly guys there. They served me with great charisma. I’ve never felt like this in a fast food place before. The coffee was perfect, the food was delicious. They recommended I try the new pretzel sliders. It was the best choice I could have made. I'm very grateful for the way these guys treated me. I recommend this Dunkin Donuts 100%. I've tried different Dunkin Donuts in this area and I've never received such special treatment.

I visit this location quite a bit through the years. Sure the workers change. Most of the time people are nice. I however usually come in the afternoons Never early mornings so those people seem nice. Today I ordered an ice shaken brown sugar espresso and it was made well! I had visited another nearby location and all I got was ice! I told them to not put too much ice and they did just that so I appreciate that as it’s been a very taxing difficult week for me.

Snacking Bacon was served COLD. I complained, and the lady said that's how they serve it at that location. The manager came and then I received a freshly made hot snackin' bacon.

Stood at counter for 4 mins w/ no just a sec or any kind of acknowledgement / actual cashier was nice but the lead / food runner or manager whatever she was unfriendly / donuts were cold,hard, and smooshed together with most of the frosting on the wax paper / breakfast sandwich was decent though

Let's face it donuts here suck. Ever since they stopped making donuts there, they have been shut. There food is pretty terrible, but that's all dunking donuts. Coffee is pretty good.

This Dunkin is the best one in the area for sure! Pleasant and fast service at the drive thru every time and the bagels are always fresh tasting. I’ve been to other locations nearby and had my orders messed up or the donuts and bagels were dry and old tasting. Never here though! This one is the best.
I love coming to this Dunkin location to work for an hour or so, but today had to leave suddenly due to what felt like an excessive amount of comet cleaner with bleach being used on the floors. I got a headache after a few minutes and did not feel well. I’m not sure what the safe handling requirements are but recommend this be looked at again for employee and guest safety.
