I went inside to order and stood there 20 minutes. The two young men told me they had to help the drive through first. I walked out with 7 other customers. Service stinks, this was a Saturday, why would the drive through come first.

I ordered 2 hot coffees and sandwiches to go. They put it in a tray, hand it to me. I put it next to me and it spilled. All because they did not press down the lid. Now my car smells like coffee. I informed them and they didn’t even apologize. Rude people.

My daughter went in to get a bagel with cream cheese and a donut. They took advantage of her being young and paying with cash. They charged her $10 for both! The total should have been around $5. Do better Dunkin!!!

I would give it a 0 star if I could. I ordered a large frozen drink and had to ask them if I can have a straw. The lady goes, “we’re out of straws sorry” and I saw a man chuckling in the back.
It’s fine to be out but at least be professional about it.

Friday morning 9 AM and out of everything bagel today? How is this possible who is doing inventory here very poorly run operation.. you have one job, It’s very simple.. Switch to a different business if you cannot handle it

I’ve never been to this location, but I ordered a plain iced tea through the drive thru. I pulled away, take a sip and it tastes funky. I take the lid off and smell it and can only describe the smell as the worst rotten egg or decaying animal. It was absolutely disgusting. You wouldn’t even get that smell if you left the tea brewed for days and it went bad. I’ve never smelled anything like that from a restaurant. I genuinely have concern about the health code in that building.

I was excited to get the $6 deal until I found out that Dunkin had stopped serving hot decaf coffee. Too bad seniors, people with high blood pressure or anyone who wants a hot drink without the caffeine. Dunkin doesn't want your business.
