I would give it a 0 star if I could. I ordered a large frozen drink and had to ask them if I can have a straw. The lady goes, “we’re out of straws sorry” and I saw a man chuckling in the back. It’s fine to be out but at least be professional about it.

I’ve never been to this location, but I ordered a plain iced tea through the drive thru. I pulled away, take a sip and it tastes funky. I take the lid off and smell it and can only describe the smell as the worst rotten egg or decaying animal. It was absolutely disgusting. You wouldn’t even get that smell if you left the tea brewed for days and it went bad. I’ve never smelled anything like that from a restaurant. I genuinely have concern about the health code in that building.

I was excited to get the $6 deal until I found out that Dunkin had stopped serving hot decaf coffee. Too bad seniors, people with high blood pressure or anyone who wants a hot drink without the caffeine. Dunkin doesn't want your business.

Absolutely the slowest worst service of any dunkin' donuts and not just on one visit every time I come here I sit in the damn drive-thru Lane for 10 or 15 minutes with one or two cars in front of me absolute worth! 🤬🤬🤬

I went the other day around 2 noon and there were two very friendly guys there. They served me with great charisma. I’ve never felt like this in a fast food place before. The coffee was perfect, the food was delicious. They recommended I try the new pretzel sliders. It was the best choice I could have made. I'm very grateful for the way these guys treated me. I recommend this Dunkin Donuts 100%. I've tried different Dunkin Donuts in this area and I've never received such special treatment.

I visit this location quite a bit through the years. Sure the workers change. Most of the time people are nice. I however usually come in the afternoons Never early mornings so those people seem nice. Today I ordered an ice shaken brown sugar espresso and it was made well! I had visited another nearby location and all I got was ice! I told them to not put too much ice and they did just that so I appreciate that as it’s been a very taxing difficult week for me.
