never have they ever gave me a decent tasting coffee, i went in after a year of not going and forgot how inconsistent their drinks are made there and disappointed no ice in my iced coffee very bland tasting.

During my visit to this Dunkin location, I observed two female employees, one older and one younger, who was distracted by her phone. When a young male customer's order was prepared, the older employee repeatedly called out to him as he didn't respond initially, which struck me as unprofessional. Additionally, after handing him his order, she appeared to touch her face nose or whatever and then inspect her hand, seemingly disgusted, without taking the opportunity to wash her hands. This incident has resulted in my decision to avoid this Dunkin location in the future.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. UNSANITARY, MEAN AND MESS UP ORDERS! The staff is insanely rude and unwelcoming. Not even just not nice but straight up MEAN. They gave me a cold brew with no ice and when I went back to get ice, they tried to charge me for it even though they were the ones that messed it up. They then took my drink( which I already took a sip of) back behind the counter and dumped part of my coffee out and put ice in it which is just UNSANITARY to take a drink someone has already drank out of behind the counter. Not only that, but spilling out part of my drink also spilled out the syrups I had ordered. When I asked them the remake it they just ignored me and left. 0/5 AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Very rude workers here, zero customer service skills. The younger lady seemed nice and smiled, the older lady was super RUDE, didn’t even say a word the entire time and had a horrible attitude. It’s worth the extra drive for some nicer customer service.

I believe a place should take care of current, present customers than mobile orders. My colleague and I waited over 5 minutes just to place an order as the first in line because they preferred to make the mobile orders.
Not sure what's going on at this dunkin but any time we do an online order it's either never correct or they don't update it so they don't have what we ordered. Then they don't cancel it or anything so we go it to find nothing was made.

Wow this is my second time visiting this location. Maisha was on the phone the first visit and screwed up my order. Gave it a second try. Same lady on the phone not paying attention and screwed up my order. Rude and poor service. Only me in the place and took almost 10 minutes to brew a simple plain latte. Get a job at a call center if you like to talk on the phone. Never returning and will spread the word to friends and family.

Racist ladies. I said to one of them Good Morning and she didn’t even respond.But told Good Morning to the lady who came after me only because she was white . Also, this customer received her order before me. She got a simple coffee and “an empty cup” and she offered her a cup holder. She didn’t offer me a cup holder for my coffees.Customers should be treated equally. Please go to other stores. Don’t waste your money and time here. Don’t recommend this location at all. This location deserves 0 stars not 1.
