Jersey Mike's Subs

I came in and ordered a gluten free sandwhich. The man that took my order had a huge attitude because he didn't want to make it. He then dropped his glove on the floor right in front of me, put it on and started to make my sandwhich with his dirty glove. I walked out because obviously that is absolutly disgusting. I have been coming here for 4 years because not many places have gluten free options but I will never come here again after that. That man has no business making people food being that unhygienic and rude.

Great customer service. Clean restaurant. No complaints. Will be back again.

Came in today, staff were very friendly. I got #7 My sandwich was perfect! I love the bacon and pickles. 🥒 I love the fact that when I order pickles on the side, they are generous! Thank You!!

Rude service, though they sure think they’re great. Argumentative when the smallest thing is wrong. They have never once remembered to put the bacon on the subs which are supposed to come with it. Needs new management.

Very good sub served fast, the cashier needs to speak up a bit.

Second time this happened.
We ordered the #64 and #65 for pick up. Clearly mushroom swiss gets confused with steak swiss somewhere as it's loaded with beef. Can't eat beef so that sucks.
Make sure you check your orders. We had gotten home and smoked before we realized.

Wasn't even a busy time. Clearly some people working there don't care. Shame

never was into jersey mikes but stopped in out of convenience ordered the southwest cheese steak sub tell you one of the best subs i ever had and the music inside was awesome

This had to be the worst service ever. Over 20 min for a sandwich. 4 girls in there and the one on the grill can only do one sandwich at a time while the others are just standing around. The lettuce was brown I actually had to call them out. You can’t serve that. Just dirty everywhere. I will never go back there again

Gross & Embarrassing

I love the fact they slice meat as you order bread is made fresh Ben has made my sandwiches the three times I went there.he makes the best!! (Bias I guess ?) Very clean. Haven't sat down in dining areas always have ordered to go.Angel is a sweetheart !!

When I got in line, I noticed a kid throwing out the trash. As I was waiting, more customers came in. So the kid throwing away the trash stopped what he was doing and jumped behind the counter to make sandwiches. He did not wash his hands, just went straight for the ingredients. Needless to say, I stepped out of line and straight out of that establishment. I would advise others to stay away from this location as well if they are concerned for their health.

I ate at this place yesterday. I ordered a Philly Steak sandwich. As soon as I ate the sandwich, I threw up. I haven’t regurgitated in over 20 years of my life. The fact that it was at Jersey mikes is surprising, coincidence? I think not. Service was alright and the atmosphere terrible, smelled like marijuana inside.
