Jersey Mike's Subs

I really dont like leaving bad reviews, but I've had enough.. every online order i have made i have placed a customized note for (light mayo or easy mayo) simply because of the amount of mayo they add is ALOT.. and each and every time its like they dont know how to read or completely dismiss the note... wtf if the dang point of even being able to leave a note if it will get ignored?

Unfortunately, I didn't catch the GM's name, but I wish I had! She was wonderful and got my order done quickly! There is a Jersey Mike's closer to my house, but she just solidified me as a return customer to the Bloomingdale location!!

The air conditioning is broke and I was really looking forward to coming in from the heat and enjoy a sandwich

This location is one of my favorite JM's to go to. When visiting at the end of lunch hour on a Monday in April, the staff were EXTREMELY friendly and made a great sandwich! Looking forward to coming back.

Extremely negative experience at this location - after giving them another shot. The sandwich I ordered made me sick the following few days. I ended up eating only half of the sandwich because the ham and cheese had a bad flavor. 0/5 stars.

Very clean place, bright atmosphere, super attentive and kind staff. Sandwiches both hot and cold were delicious.

First time eating a Jersey Mike's and needless to say the experience was the best I've had in along time friendly and patient staff willing to help at a drop of a dime

I walked in a guy was grabbing boxes. He stopped and asked for my order!!! I just knew he would CHANGE GLOves!!! Oh no he had the audacity to proceed to make my sandwich with DIRTY GLOVES on!! No way! Time 330 pm CDT Sunday! Feb 2nd. 🤢

I love Jersey Mikes. I’ve tried many locations, I recently moved to the area and was excited to have one near me. Unfortunately the team members always disappoint. The manners are lacking, overall unprofessional conduct. As a customer it’s been uncomfortable and I feel as though I’m a bother. Orders are always wrong unless I am able to catch the mistakes in time. My order wasn’t correct even though it’s a standard item on the menu with no modifications. I won’t be supporting or recommending this locations to anyone.

I came in and ordered a gluten free sandwhich. The man that took my order had a huge attitude because he didn't want to make it. He then dropped his glove on the floor right in front of me, put it on and started to make my sandwhich with his dirty glove. I walked out because obviously that is absolutly disgusting. I have been coming here for 4 years because not many places have gluten free options but I will never come here again after that. That man has no business making people food being that unhygienic and rude.

Great customer service. Clean restaurant. No complaints. Will be back again.

Came in today, staff were very friendly. I got #7 My sandwich was perfect! I love the bacon and pickles. 🥒 I love the fact that when I order pickles on the side, they are generous! Thank You!!

Rude service, though they sure think they’re great. Argumentative when the smallest thing is wrong. They have never once remembered to put the bacon on the subs which are supposed to come with it. Needs new management.

Very good sub served fast, the cashier needs to speak up a bit.
