Ordered online today. Store cashiers Poor costumer service. App says ready for pick up 1220pm today but when i arrived to pick up my order it was not prepared. Had to wait for approx more than 10mins standing in front of cashiers area, which i understand, but cashiers didnt explain that my order was not ready until i showed my order on my phone, but still never explain weither i had to wait and kept ignoring me. Both cashiers seems waiting whos going to prepare it. Probably not gonna do it again.

Never got to try it. Staff was totally overwhelmed. It took 30 minutes to get to the counter only to be told it would take another hour plus to get our food. The management here needs to staff more appropriately or you won't survive!

This store is a disgrace to the brand. The food is inconsistent, the service is terrible, theyre skimping on the gravy too, the wait times are horrendous, sometimes 30-45 mins wait for just fried chicken. The employees just seem to not care either, they aren't aligned with the spirit of this brand. The restaurant also looks so unkempt, tables are dirty, the floor unswept. The other locations are better. Skip this one.

I came in yesterday to try the new katseye collab, we ordered 2 chicken sandwiches meals, 2 pineapple drinks, adobo rice, and spaghetti. The order took 30 minutes to come to be ready and when it was ready they only gave us 1 pineapple drink and 1 fries. The chicken sandwiches were cold as well! The service is very inconsistent as I went up there to order a bigger order of chicken and pies for my family and that was done in less than 5 minutes?

I’ve been interested in trying the food at Jollibee. I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe meal. The food was alright and all, nothing to really rave about. The bad thing about this place is that it really lacks indoor (and outdoor) seating. This place is way too small for a fast food restaurant.

It was chaos the chicken was not ready there was a long line people waiting up to 20 to 30 minutes the garbage bins was full way past the top. One of the staff members of screaming orders back and forth. The food quality was still good.

I’m not sure what was going on tonight, or how new the staff is, but being here was a disaster. The food was good. But everything else was…. Not great at all. No toilet paper in the bathroom, which was a mess. The tables were dirty, soda fountains didn’t have the syrup in them, and the staff forgot items on not only my order, but the orders of others as well. There were no napkins or forks out for guests to use. And it took me five minutes to get noticed when I needed something from behind the counter (a take home bag).
A bit disappointed with their chicken joy gravy, it's a hit or miss depending on the day. It's not as tasty, most of the time bland compared to the Skokie and Chicago locations as if the workers don't know what it should taste like. It's also the same issue with the pineapple quencher, mostly bland/unsweetend, mayne it really just depends on who's prepping and mixing. Staff is friendly. Takes a few minutes to get your order even during a slow day. They should really focus on their signature foods mentioned above or else the quality and taste is just mediocre with nothing special to offer.
