I got food poisoning or something. I ate here, and now it’s 3 AM and I’m throwing up. The chicken was horrible, greasy, old, and it looked like it had been double fried just to be reheated. Jollibee must be paying Joshua Weissman a good bag because this chicken is absolute garbage.

Everytime i go here i always devour everything especially the fried chicken MMM its the bomb— juicy+crispy. Will go here everyday if i could plus the staff are super friendly

I wasn't going to write a bad review based on one experience, but I'm realizing issues at this location are an ongoing thing. I placed an order using the app several weeks back. The app stated the order was received and processed. Once I got to the location, I pulled up the app only to see an error that the order was not placed. A little annoying but I'm at the location so I'll just order at the counter. I waited 25 minutes for a 2 piece perfect pair meal! It's reasons like this that I order ahead. Fast forward to later that evening, I check my bank account only to find out that I was charged for the order I placed on the app. I immediately reach out to customer service and provided my receipt for the exact same order I placed at the counter. I was then told that I would have to go back to the original location to request a refund. I DON'T THINK SO!!! You took the money digitally, you can return it digitally. After some back and forth, I finally received a refund.
Fast forward to the order I placed today. Obviously with my past experience, I'm hesitant to use the app to place my order. I ordered the same perfect pair combo I always do. Wouldn't you know it, I waited over 20 minutes for my order. Upon arriving back at my office, I see that the gravy cup is maybe 1/4 full of gravy. If Jollibee doesn't want to give out that much gravy, why is the serving container that size? This location should be better prepared for a rush, and have employees with a sense of urgency. I am officially done with this location. I don't care how much I enjoy the chicken, the headaches and frustration is NOT worth it!

Great spot, nice people and very good food. My only gripe: the bathroom has fowl and prominent odor. It seemed clean, but maybe a plumbing issue or something.

Love this place. We come here often. My four year old son loves chicken. Food is so delicious. And the staff is very nice and courteous.
