La Campana Mexican Restaurant

I have to say they have really good food but I personally will never support them again. My wife Amy & I have been going there for as long as I can remember along with the one in Bensenville on Grand Ave so far back they still had the birds in the front entrance. We dine in both places and take out both places weekly, along with multiple people at work. Last week my wife ordered take out, same order as always, 3 hard shell chicken tacos only cheese, rice & no beans. We get home and the order has all the toppings including rice & beans. I called and spoke with Virginia and she told me she remembered the order and that they would credit it back. I took a picture of the receipt wrote down the note and when I called to place the same order the manager wouldn’t honor it. Said they have been being scammed so they no longer honor credits. I think he meant they no longer honor their screw ups. I mentioned all the people I knew that worked there and still nothing. They obviously do not keep phone numbers of customers who order and the frequency of their ordering. I vow to never give them another dime, no more birthday parties celebrated there, no more Christmas gift cards that we ask for every year since it’s my wife’s favorite Mexican food place. Keep your $17 you lost a 30 year customer. FOOLS

Our absolute favorite restaurant for the past 21 years! Our Christmas Eve tradition. Can't say enough great things about this wonderful restaurant! And thank you Daniel for your extraordinary above and beyond service every time we visit!

Ordered curbside pickup . 1ST I call and told there packaging my order pull up to the door. Im like ok should be here few minutes. Not the case at all I pull up to door after 10 minutes I call again and im advised once again there packing my order. Waited another 5 minutes before order comes out. Get home to realize the 4 dollar guacamole I ordered is not there. What good are the chips without the guac. I call speak to Victoria where im told ill be refunded. They should be refunding me for chips and guac. Since the chips are pointless but as of tonight, I have not seen a refund on my card.
