Las michoacanas Ice Cream Shop

A few days ago i went and Isabel is incredibly rude and racist which is weird because all her coworkers are of different ethnicities, also she does not know how to hold a spoon, no im not joking, she did this two finger hold thing which I've never seen, then when she went to put the ice cream in the cone it fell on the metal plate right next to the ice cream and she just pick it up again and put it in the cone and then lick the ice cream off her hand?????? i don't even know how much i got charged because she didn't even tell me or give me a receipt i had to check my phone, this place is crazy expensive and not worth it

Very tasty but horrible attention I don’t know if I don’t pay them. Good or the owner is bad but the service is disgusting no one smiles it seems that they will not even pay them.!! And at night they close the door from 9:20 so arrive on time if you don’t mind everything I already wrote before

So we walked in to place an order, look at menu to decide what to order. All this time there was no acknowledgement or interest on attending us to take order. I walked over to place order and there's was a couple infront of us. After they were attended and moved away we stepped up to counter and the server turned her back and walked away not saying a thing to us, she washed her hands and after she proceeded to walk away to the other side of counter not even turning back to acknowledge us waiting even tho she looked at us. Nobody out of the 4 or 6 servers said a thing to welcome us or take order or atleast say be with you in a minute. This is the second time this happen. We walked out because, 10 min waiting for nothing is not good business in my opinion. Will not be going back to be treated this way.

Last time I came here there was just some dirty tables, but now some employee “Milena” put a moldy banana in my yogurt. My son saw her look at the moldy part and thought she was cutting that part off. But she decided to put the cut moldy parts at the bottom as if I wouldn’t notice while I was eating it. These people have to put fresh fruit, but the least they could’ve done was cut off the moldy part. I don’t come here paying 7.25$ for some moldy banana in my yogurt, I come here for good quality food.

Rudd and unprofessional .

I went in last Monday , a girl sneezed and did not wash her hands after she touched her nose!!! I should probably did said something to her but didn’t wanted to be a Karen because I thought it wasn’t that serious but at the same time it’s kinda disgusting and gross when making food or icecream this place should do more better and better nicer employee if you are sick stay home then touching people food that you are making!!! you are making your customer sick aren’t you embarrassed right after you touched your nose and still continue making customer icecream?? when full people are in front of you watching you… not coming to this place ever agian I felt gross.

Just avoid this place. 6.99 for that small cup Mangonada….. Tamirindo straw is also extra? This is Bloomingdale not River North. Relax.

I love coming here . The owner has such an amazing vibe. The tamales are best .

The attention of the grandpa who works there is excellent, he is very kind when treating his customers, but there are a couple of workers who do not serve very well and that affects the entire store, but from then on everything is excellent, everything is very clean as well as the place and the products, I love it.🤍

I walked into the restaurant and nobody came to greet me. I waited for like 5 minutes and called out if there was anybody here before leaving. It was practically a ghost town. After I left, a staff member peeked her head out from the kitchen but didn't bother to come out and stand by the cash register.

Dorilocos, Chicharrón preparado, Cheetos with cheese, fresas con crema, everything is good. Actually the boy and his uncle are handsome <3

They say that they close at 10 pm but have the doors locked at 9:30 false advertisement. Made me wast time driving
