Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

Very disappointed got a pan butter crust cheese pizza it look like a thin pizza the crust was not crunch, had no flavor called the store in bloomingdale the person on the phone is telling me that they change the thickness of the crust about 3 years ago to go back to the original that the malnati’s had when they started the business. That’s a lie I order the same pizza last year and the crust was thick and crunchy. Yet the price is still the same expensive.

Wanted to try traditional Chicago styled deep dish pizza and this place didn't disappoint. The crust was crunchy and cheese lined. Delicious!

Do NOT order deep dish from this location. Every time I have, regardless of selecting "well done" or not, the pizza is ALWAYS undercooked, soggy and inedible. When I've called in the past they have offered to remake the pizza or give me a credit, but it doesn't matter when the next pizza is also delivered as mushy raw dough with cheese on top. So unless you just like raw dough and food poisoning, I suggest ordering from somewhere else.

Extremely pricey! 2 large stuffed pizzas, one topping each was $70...kinda insane but that's Joe Bidens America. Pizza was fantastic can't dock em for price ?. Great customer service always as well.

Ordered a large "The Lou" pizza. It did not have much flavor. It took a minute to be greeted but the person in front of me received a small free new type of pizza they said they were giving away with pizza orders. A door dash delivery driver picked up a small pizza and was also given a free pizza. They brought my pizza out and I did not get a free pizza. I left and it bothered me. I called and they said it was random and I said then it should have been stated to the guests in front of me they were lucky instead of starting they were giving it with pizza orders.

We ordered five pizzas yesterday absolutely delicious!! Staff was excellent and very helpful. They were very busy last night but staff handled the crowd nicely. We will continue being loyal to this location and can’t wait to get it again.

I have been ordering from this location for few years now. I am always satisfied with my food as well as the service that I have received throughout the years. Today they went above and beyond and that is why I am posting this review. I am in sales and service industry myself and in our meetings we always talk about surprising our customers with above and beyond service.My pizza was few minutes late. No big deal I just set down and relaxed for few minutes. At that time was approached by a team member who apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a free frozen pizza for the wait. I was surprised since I did not ask or complain or felt inconvenienced. I am generally try to be patient and very understanding and try not to complain since I work with customers on daily basis and i know how difficult that can be. Afyer few moments i received my order. As I was leaving I was given a coupon for another free pizza down the line. It's not about free things that I have received it that is motivated me to write about my experienceit is that someone cared about me and my time. I am impressed with the young crew that works there. They are being taught lessons that will help them be successful in their future careers. I will continue to come and order my Chicago Classic and gladly spend my money here. You guys are great keep up the good work. The owner or manager of this location should be proud the crew and the environment that was created there.

This is only a take-out location. But, the service is fast, and the 'za is delicious! ??

Vegetarian options: The menu doesn't label vegetarian dishes. But "The Lou" is a great veggie pizza. And they have good salads.

Parking: It's in a strip mall.
