They forgot my ice cream cone and they forgot my Shamrock Shake I noticed that I was missing the shake when we were inside the restaurant but I didn’t notice until I was looking at the receipt and then we left to go somewhere then we realized that we were missing our ice cream cone we came back to the restaurant to tell them that you forgot our ice cream cone and I don’t really recommend the Shamrock Shake unless you like mint.

I went in the drive thru today order the following, mcchicken sandwich no lettuce add cheese, med fry, and a 6 PC happy meal. Let's start by saying I repeated my ordered three times to them. I figured they would get it right. I went to pay at the first windows and then had to correct the person now for the fourth time. I pull up to get my food and sure enough no cheese on the sandwich. I didn't even realize they didn't give me the fryers I ordered. I have never seen more incompetent people in my life. They all should be other retrained to learn to.listen to the customer or let go for not doing there job. I have called the store 9 times and it just rings and rings. One of the worst McDonald's to go to. This store shod be closed down for lack of standards

This place is opened until 12am. I placed my mobile order around 9:30pm. I come around and there was cones by the drive thru speakers and usually its only one drive thru if its nighttime. So i pulled up by the second window waiting for an employee but nothing. Tried to see if it was open from the lobby but it was locked. Tried CALLING and someone picked up but cut me off saying “im so sorry” and hung up with no explanation. Came by the first window to see an employee SITTING in a room refusing to do any orders. So i wasted MY money and MY time for someone to sit around not doing any orders. I always come here and NEVER had this experience before and will be my last.

I placed my mobile order on the app on 11/19 at 9:40 pm and when I got here the drive thrus were blocked off and the store was locked with the only person in sight just standing around. When I called the store and asked where we could pick up our food at, she just said “I’m so sorry” then hung up. I waited 30 minutes just to not even get my food. This was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with a McDonald’s order.

This mcdonalds is disgusting. I really believe they make the food so greasy and keep the bread so stale so people don't want to come back. Whoever has been running this place has been doing a bad job for a long time. The owner should check up on his management. Drive a mile away to the other mcdonalds in roselle it's worth the trip

First off The workers are rude they put my order in with someone else and then got mad when I asked them to remake it so I could get my food they and tried to have me repay what kind of services is that because she doesn’t know how to do her job and actually give me the right food then she continue to shove the bag in my face and say here this is your food mean not to mention the bathrooms always smell bad or disgusting.
