You just can't get the order right. Drive up window, egg McMuffins come as sausage, 2 cokes come as one, very tuff communication with drive up frustrating that everything has to be checked before you pull away.

I think there is a new crew. It was disaster. They messed up our order, cold wrap, cold nuggets, large fries only half of box...no sauce in wrap... seriously, it is so hard to make food properly?! Management, please do something with that

On my way home from the cancer center for my infusions & need something so I wouldn’t be sick. I ordered on my app Fries & 1 sweet&sour sauce. When I get to the window they refuse my sauce bc I didn’t order nuggets. I am a vegetarian & if they only knew how my day was going!! Is it really worth a customer over a sauce packet? Never again will I visit this location. Btw this isn’t the first instance of this behavior here.

Went to this location to get the boys some ice cream instead. This location looks like it used to be a bank or insurance building and was very cool. The lady at the counter was friendly and the food was made correctly accurately and fast.

The manager and multiple employees refuse to give a small frozen drink after I spilled all over my work uniform infront of them a minute after I brought it !!!!
They forgot my ice cream cone and they forgot my Shamrock Shake I noticed that I was missing the shake when we were inside the restaurant but I didn’t notice until I was looking at the receipt and then we left to go somewhere then we realized that we were missing our ice cream cone we came back to the restaurant to tell them that you forgot our ice cream cone and I don’t really recommend the Shamrock Shake unless you like mint.

I went in the drive thru today order the following, mcchicken sandwich no lettuce add cheese, med fry, and a 6 PC happy meal. Let's start by saying I repeated my ordered three times to them. I figured they would get it right. I went to pay at the first windows and then had to correct the person now for the fourth time. I pull up to get my food and sure enough no cheese on the sandwich. I didn't even realize they didn't give me the fryers I ordered. I have never seen more incompetent people in my life. They all should be other retrained to learn to.listen to the customer or let go for not doing there job. I have called the store 9 times and it just rings and rings. One of the worst McDonald's to go to. This store shod be closed down for lack of standards
