Ordered Uber Eats this location forgot two hashbrowns, 1 sausage egg cheese mcmuffin, and the straws for the drinks. Called asked for manager guy claimed he was. Told him issue and said obviously you can't do anything now, but I would appreciate if you checked your orders for completion. He then stated that's not how they do things at their store, and he was gonna review the cameras and take legal action? Like this is the state of mcdonalds workers....

reading all the other reviews I am a bit shocked! Ive come here in the morning two days in a row. Both days I've encountered very friendly and helpful staff! They were all very kind and attentive. There was someone who has been going around to all the tables cleaning or making sure the guests didnt need anything else. This is really one of the few McDonalds ive ever had such good service. Katherina B is fantastic, always attentive to all the clients and great service. NayNay was also very attentive and making sure that all the customers were being taken care of while others behind the counter saw me and just kinda ignored me but besides that everything else specially the service from them two was fantastic.

This location has been going downhill over the past couple months. Not sure what’s changed but it’s definitely not the service and quality I’m used to getting from this location. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and happily drove past the lake st McDonald’s just for the amazing quality and service. During my last visit they missed up our order but made it right. I understand mistakes happen so we tried them again today. This time they got the order correct however they used old spoiled lettuce on my burger. The lettuce was clearly spoiled as it’s translucent and slimy. I didn’t feel comfortable even eating it to avoid getting sick. I will be taking my business to the Lake st location.

Terrible service. They missed an item when preparing my order a month ago, and I am still running after my refund. I have now talked to 3 different teams, 2 different reps. They are forwarding the case to the Singapore team (???) that is now declining it due to the fact that the purchase took place outside of Singapore. Worthless customer service and unwillingness to own their mistakes or take responsibility for them. There are many other restaurant chains in the area within 1-2 min driving distance, go to somewhere where they treat you like a paying customer. I suggest avoiding the Golden Arches before they do something like this to you too.

These guys are complete clowns. Come to the store with a mobile order and I’m told they’re only doing DoorDash orders. 1. How does that take priority? 2. Even if you have 2 guys back there, your job is to fulfill orders. Complete joke of a store that I won’t be coming back to.

I gave them four stars because I thought the lady that was on the microphone in the drive-thru was so rude she sent me on the camera apparently and I came through the drive-thru from the sideway but I was still in line I didn't cut in front of anybody or anything like that and she made me drive all the way around in order to get my food so that's why they got four stars right now.

the staff is more worried about their looks and gossip than making sure an order is made right or has the right amount of items in it lol. there’s better places to go than this location and i’m always reminded of that

Stopped by this location earlier tonight. There was a family with like 6 kids ahead of us. A guy pulling orders, who looked like a manager, directed everyone to use a kiosk as he would not take any orders for "7 minutes". The family moved to a kiosk and started an order, I kept waiting as I wanted to pay cash. In the meantime people doing order pick-up came in and no one behind the counter even acknowledged any of them. Two other dine-in customers who had their food, came to the counter and had a question and the same guy just kept pulling drive thru orders, it was like he was actively avoiding looking at anyone in the lobby. 10 minutes go by, thee guy finally steps over, asks if we placed an order at the kiosk yet, I say no I'm paying with cash, he said he'll be with us in 2 minutes.

So now it's like 15 minutes since I and the family that was ahead of us entered. Btw, they're still trying to order on a kiosk. Without saying a word, the guy walks around the register to the lobby, directly up to a kiosk and asks us what we want. I said, can I pay cash. He said no and refused to take my order at the register. I left and went to Culver's.
