I stopped at this McDonald this morning to get a sausage McMuffin. All I had was a hundred dollar bill. Placed my order and drove up to the window and gave her the money. She takes three steps and turns around and tells me we don’t have change. Are you kidding me. How can any popular food chain not have enough money to make change for a hundred. Stupid Stupid Stupid.

i ordered a mocha frappe - tried no ice for the first time ever ('coz i'm tired these big-name 'coffee shops' putting 30% drink and 70% ice) - turned out too sweet (my fault, i asked for it). Went back and asked for some ice but this crew made me a new one instead. He didn't have to make me another (i'm totally fine with adding ice cubes in it) but he made me a new one. To me, that's the definition of customer service topped off with a sprinkle of kindness. Small things like this makes a BiG difference :)

I live in the area and go to this establishment. Multiple times they have forgotten items on my order. Disheartening because food usually comes out hot most of the time. Service is ok besides them basically not fulfilling the full order. Only drive through orders have missing items which is the route I go when I visit. Not worth spending more for food not being given, same McDonald’s food but prices some how higher…. Normally this occurs when I don’t check the order before I leave. I still shouldn’t have to check my order, if I am paying for it I am expected to be given the item I order. Go if you have to but I would avoid and go somewhere else if you can. Last time I will going to this establishment.

George, is one of the best managers there. Kind, hospitable and welcomes you with an, amazing greet. On the other hand there is an, older white gentleman ( not sure of his name) who is rude in all aspects. No need to rate the food- we all know what McDonald's taste like. It's all about the service.
They do decently okay, they sometimes dont listen to my order correctly and then I see its not how I ordered something but they are decently fast and the workers are nice

They aren't the best with customer service unfortunately & it was my first time there on Wednesday. I went the next day to get free sandwich from a survey in which I filled out & they wouldn't redeem it smh. Terrible employees

Manager mocked me and said I can’t even speak English and I see that he already have some bad reviews Sadly I didn’t record the moment he was racist. He called the police and had us trespassed. Like this is gotta be a lie I left when he asked us. I came for this Mc for more than 4 years and I’m astonished with this manager.
