READ THE REVIEWS FIRST. It really proves why they got these stars. Terrible staff, service and food. Dont ever go here. I ordered 3 orders of hot cakes and these people gave me one butter and one syrup. I told the employee that its missing those so I gave her the bag back and she gave me the same exact bag back with one syrup and one butter for all 3. Ok so one butter and syrup for all 9 pancakes. Great job. O KEEFE FAMILY restaurants has better customer service. I dont recommend this location at all. Called the store a few times too no answer.

Used to be my favorite McDonald's but unfortunately I can't say that anymore. They don't do the cheap meals and trying to sit down inside to eat is rough as well as they won't turn on the heat it's super cold inside. Can't say I recommend this place anymore.

Yesterday 15min wait for a bad coffee and fríes. Today, 10min wait for breakfast and to top it off, food was ready just never got informed or served inside. ! No receipt so I can ask about my order! These folks need improve their services!
Terrible customer service, recently i got 2 orders cancelled for “technical issues”. The second time i asked what specifically is the issue and I got yelled at in spanish lol. The employees here are garbage, go to the ones on Army Trail Rd nearby to save yourself the headache

Ordered through DoorDash and it came from this pitiful location. Was missing literally half my order, although the receipt had my full order listed. I was literally missing BOTH of my LG fries(one was supposed to be part of a meal) ands TWO sandwiches. Absolutely ridiculous. Can we not read a screen???
