I visited MOD Pizza around 7:30 PM on January 16 and had a disappointing experience due to the attitude of one of the employees working at that time. He was a white male wearing a salt life hat. The employee I interacted with was noticeably passive-aggressive, responding curtly to basic questions and making the interaction uncomfortable rather than welcoming. I hope management can address customer service standards so future guests feel respected and valued.

Terrible experience every time you ask for something it feels like you asking for something imposible worst customer service ever
The food was decent, but what really stood out was the awesome customer service.
The pizza itself was solid. Nothing mind-blowing, but definitely good. I liked that you can build your own with as many toppings as you want for one price. Crust is thin and crispy, and everything tasted fresh.
But honestly, the staff made the whole experience way better. Everyone was super friendly, welcoming, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. They were quick, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. It’s not something you always get at fast-casual places, so it really made a difference.
