We visited at around 1 PM, and while the restaurant was almost empty, the restrooms were shockingly dirty. The glass on the doors was covered in smudges, and it was unpleasant to even touch the handle. Considering the restaurant opens at 11 AM, I don’t understand why the bathrooms weren’t cleaned properly before welcoming guests. The food was tasty, but the cleanliness really needs attention. I do not recommend visiting, and I will not be coming back.
ROSIE DESERVES A RAISEEEE✨✨
I had such a great experience at Olive Garden today and it’s all thanks to Rosie. She was seriously on it, never had to call her over, she just knew what we needed before we even asked. Our breadsticks were always full (which honestly never happens), drinks topped off, and she was super friendly the whole time. You can tell she actually cares about her customers. Rosie really made the whole meal better. She definitely deserves a raise.

Got an annoyed dirty look from an white old lady with grey hair and purple shirt ( I don’t know if she is the manager or what) for interrupting her gossip time
And yes my order was just sitting there and nobody bothered to tell me that’s it was ready
