Panera Bread

For being on the edge of a busy shopping mall this location has a moderate amount of customers. The food is as expected. The staff are friendly if you see or interact with them, lots of self serve tablet use to order and a quick pickup window where someone will say your name then scurry back to keep working. The two things that keep this place from being great are the temperature (roughly 50-60 degrees inside during fall to winter) and the locals who don't pick up after themselves to return trays/plates and leave a mess strewn about tables.

Been waiting over 20 minutes for my order. I just got a violation for my order being late. How is there only one person working orders when you’re this busy? Never accepting an order here and never paying for food here either. Terrible standards for a Panera especially one that is marked “corporate “

Waited over 30 minutes. Kinda ridiculous for a store being more than half empty.

My boyfriend and I arrived at this Panera and it was already super packed with people at dinner time. Our food took at least 15 minutes to get out and there were two elderly ladies that were there before us that got less food and got their food after we were served so they were probably waiting for at least 30 minutes. I would not recommend coming to this Panera and we won't be coming back.

This particular Panera messes up orders a lot, missing sandwiches etc... But the worst part is that no one is answering the phone so you can't even deal with the issues.

The order was completely wrong and Uber eats refused a refund. It was also way overpriced for how small the portions were.

Panera almost never disappoints and this location is no exception. Property is clean along with a beautiful patio and clean bathroom. They have a young woman named Veronica who is always one step ahead and will impress you every visit. Thank You!

1. outdoor tables are absolutely filthy 2. the mac & cheese and broccoli cheddar soup are both served so ungodly hot we burned ourselves 3. the chicken in the sandwich is undercooked
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your meal

When we came in there were 6 booths open. Each one was filthy and looked like the tables weren’t cleaned since morning. The rest of the locale looked just as bad, napkins and garbage on the floor, litter on the pickup counter, sticky floors, etc. If they can wipe down tables, I have no confidence the kitchen is any better. I could understand the staff getting overwhelmed during lunch rush, but this was late afternoon. Do better Panera!

I paid with a 2 dollar bill and they told me it was fake which it wasn't. Very embarrassing and unprofessional. They need to get something that checks money correctly

I have been a customer from this location, some of the staff are pretty nice but when I went there twice this month to order takeout same employee that served me on those days gave an attitude, not only that he was in a hurry to take my order. Do you train your staff to be good customer service?
