Missing wings on my delivery. Tried calling the manager on the phone directly didn’t answer my call left the phone ring. So decided to pretend to place an order over the phone to see if someone will go ahead and pick up my call. They did and again I was sent to the managers line. He picked up didn’t introduce himself. Didn’t fix my issue and unfortunately I had to waste more money on my order of wings. Didn’t even get offered any solution.

I had a disappointing experience due to the rude behavior of the staff. Instead of being helpful and courteous, they were dismissive and unprofessional. Customer service should be about respect and assistance, but unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training for their employees.

It was very bad experience to me i visited to outlet to get food the service of the staff is unimaginable i drive 18 miles to get food but afterall they push me out with ruthless.

I ordered through DoorDash and dasher went to wrong address to drop off my food..(which was my fault) so I cancelled my order and reordered it again with the right address..I got confirmation from both DoorDash and Pappa Johns for my 2nd order fast forward to our new dasher picking up our order and he calls me to say someone else has picked up my order and I asked the dasher how is that possible i cancelled my order and reordered and he said he wasn’t sure so I asked him if he ( dasher) could hand over the phone to the manager so I could ask when was my 2nd order picked up..when the dasher asked he was told no and they didn’t give him a reason just said no you can’t..so then I called on my phone and I was able to talk to a manager I told him I had cancelled my 1st order and reordered he then proceeded to tell me that’s a DoorDash issue not us and I told him I got confirmation from your store and DoorDash for my 2nd order..it’s not my problem or DoorDash’s that your workers didn’t pay attention to see that my order was cancelled and reordered..he asked if I got a refund from DoorDash to which I said yes which was why I reordered and he said well you can reorder again on the phone and pay the 76 dollars again…I told him absolutely not it was your mistake that your workers didn’t see my 2nd order and I even got confirmation for my 2nd order from you..he then said he was going to talk to another manager to see what can be done and he would call me back (I didn’t get a call back) then Pappa Johns cancelled my order..I did get my DoorDash credits again thankfully but I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

If you care where your hard earned money goes, then definitely don't visit this location! I ordered a large half cheese half pepperoni stuffed crust and a small Hawaiian. The large half and half was a 1/4 Hawaiian, a 1/4 cheese and half pepperoni! It looked as if they realized half way through that they put the Hawaiian on the wrong pizza and then did the other half pepperoni. I swear they were distracted or didn't know how to read. ALSO....it wasn't stuffed crust! I didn't call or do anything about it because it had been a really long day and I didn't want to run back out for anything. Save your money and go to a different location or a just a different spot. I should've read the reviews like always, but didn't and that was 100% my fault. Never again will I go back nor do I recommend anyone purchasing anything from this location. Hope this helps!

I prepaid online. I was at a hotel. I literally put in notes what room number to deliver to. Driver came and left my food with attendant at front desk. Very disappointed driver did not bring to my door. With so many germs and covid going on they do not care as long as they got paid. I should have paid on delivery. Driver would have came to my door then.

I’m pretty sure we’ve gotten from this PJs before but wow this time was really bad. None of our pizzas were cooked correctly so it was like burned on the bottom but raw on the top. First time ever that we stopped eating and for sure no one wanted to eat the leftovers. Every restaurant can have a bad night, I guess. Don’t know if the family will let me try this again.
