First time here and we had their lunch special. My family and I ordered each a bowl of their Pho with sliced ribeye. It was phenomenal. I have to say, best Pho around the area. What was disappointing was the service. They did not check on us once. Very relaxed staff in my opinion. No urgency in hospitality. Also, their public bathrooms do not have a changing table. So a heads up for families who intend to come with their infants.

One of the best banh mi sandwiches I have had. I had to give the pork meatball (B7) a try and the taste was delicious. Busy late lunch hour at 2pm on Saturday but we enjoyed ourselves. We would come back again and try other menu items. Great for family meal and small groups too. We will return!

Only gets 4 stars because one of the workers seemed so cranky and irritated. other than that i loved this place, great food and done super fast. even the plain pho is amazing. i’m overall happy with the whole place and enjoyed it very much. this place also isn’t too kid friendly, no changing table, no kids menu so i wouldn’t recommend much for kids.

We came in around 1900, waited for a table to open up as the place was packed, and were finally seated after 30 minutes of waiting. Midway through eating, one guy came to our table with the bill and said they were closing in 10 minutes. He pointedly suggested we could put the rest of the food in containers to take home then added they did not have any plastic bags to put the leftover in. I give them 2 stars for service because they could have said they were only taking carry out orders as they were closing at 2000 and we would have been fine with that; we could have gone somewhere else for dinner.

On the positive side - I tried lychee lemonade for the first time & it was delicious, pho was ok, wait staff was good.
The reason that I give it such a low review is that the floors in this place smelled DISGUSTING. So much so that I could not enjoy my food over the smell. I kept imagining I was eating dirty mop water from the smell. They need to use clean mop heads & clean water. My meal was ruined and I never went back.

Very good northern pho! We loved our garlic chicken bahni, and northern pho! Shrimp spring roll is also soft and chewy! The service is alright& meh 😑Very authentic Vietnamese coffee

I had the vegan pho and tofu banh mi—both were amazing! The vegan pho was hands down the best I've ever had. The broth actually had flavor, unlike other places where it’s just hot water, noodles, and vegetables. I was so happy to finally enjoy a bowl of pho that tasted like the real thing. Since switching to a plant-based diet, pho has been one of the dishes I’ve missed the most. I only wish I lived closer so I could have it all the time. I’ll definitely be back every time I’m in Illinois for work!
