I got a salmon bowl and it was sooo good! Super fresh and tasty — all the sushi flavors I love, just in a bowl. Great portions for the price, I’ll definitely be back!

Loved this place then stopped coming here because prices went up and portions went down. I've since visited again and portions are now back to what they used to be. Ingredients are alway fresh and the lobby is clean. However, some of the younger staff could be more customer-service oriented.

The Bloomingdale location has always been my go to but lately the protein portions as other reviewers have mentioned aren't the best. I always have to ask for extra when I go but even that is like a quarter of the initial scoop. Which in my opinion is done with a little bit of attitude and/or judgement from the employee. Same can be said for the portions of the garnishes such as the tempura flakes & sesame seeds. It's like the tiniest sprinkle as if they are being rationed to last until a new replenishment arrives. If I'm paying up to $20 for a bowl then I'd like to get my money's worth and not be cheated on product. I've also noticed that it appears to be an entire new staff as well which to me doesn't bode well for the stability of this location. As much as I enjoy the food and convience, I think it's time I either make a different Poke Bros location my new go to or just find a similar restaurant to get takeout from.

Absolutely love this place! The ingredients are always super fresh, the portions are just right, and the flavors are on point. I really like how you can customize your bowl with so many great options. The staff is friendly and quick, and the whole vibe is chill and clean. Today, I witnessed a serious food safety issue. An employee rushed out of the restroom still wearing gloves, used hand sanitizer on them, and immediately resumed preparing online orders without properly washing hands or changing gloves. I raised my concern, and he claimed he had removed the gloves while using the restroom and simply put them back on afterward — thinking this was acceptable.
Later, I received a voicemail from the owner, who reassured me that the employee did in fact remove his gloves while using the restroom and then put them back on — again suggesting that this practice is acceptable.
This is extremely concerning and reflects a poor understanding of basic food safety standards. I hope management takes this seriously before someone gets sick.

Shrimp was gross unfortunately like it had been left out too long, quite the expensive bowl ruined by the shrimp. And on top of that the customer service was very rude..
Love pokebros but never coming back to this location. I would give 0 stars if possible!!!

The portions at this place have dropped significantly. I asked for an add on and the manager gave me about a tablespoon, I asked him about why is this so much less and he said ‘that’s how much it is’. Then I asked for the half protein spicy tuna and squid salad and charged me for extra protein.
Service is kinda whack, but I’ve noticed it’s only this location

The portions for the food have gone down since the last couple months. I’ve come to this location multiple times and noticed the decrease in portions especially the protein options. I used to recommend this location since it was an amazing quick eat trip, but it’s hard to justify paying $13 for half scooped items. I have included a photo and if you look closely there’s not much shrimp compared to what it used to be.
