Loved this place then stopped coming here because prices went up and portions went down. I've since visited again and portions are now back to what they used to be. Ingredients are alway fresh and the lobby is clean. However, some of the younger staff could be more customer-service oriented.

The Bloomingdale location has always been my go to but lately the protein portions as other reviewers have mentioned aren't the best. I always have to ask for extra when I go but even that is like a quarter of the initial scoop. Which in my opinion is done with a little bit of attitude and/or judgement from the employee. Absolutely love this place! The ingredients are always super fresh, the portions are just right, and the flavors are on point. I really like how you can customize your bowl with so many great options. The staff is friendly and quick, and the whole vibe is chill and clean. If you’re into healthy, tasty food, Poke Bros. is definitely worth checking out.
