Shake Shack Bloomingdale

While cleaning up ready to leave we accidentally spilled one of our shakes. A nice young woman helped us clean up our mess (forgot to get her name,but thank you). Not only did manager Mark replace it, he also offered some food coupons to come back! Awesome customer service and refreshing to know they take care of their customers.

Great food but the service was horrendous my wife and son stopped by… The little girl at the window needs to be retrained!! Absolutely no customer skills if she hates her job QUIT!! Sat,4 evening time….

Look. I’m a shake shack fan but it needs to be noted that this has got to be one of the nicest/cleanest shake shacks in the country. Service was also excellent. The staff here are attentive and very professional. Keep up the good work!!

Went for the first time just to get shakes. I had the banana pudding shake. At least I thought that’s what I ordered. It tasted more like a cookie shake. Did not taste banana at all. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering that again.

Our first time here September 26, 2025. We got here at opening. The manager has a unpleasant disposition. My daughter was nice to him and he damn near hit her with the door. The fries were over cooked. The girl that brought the food to the table was polite. Took too long to get a shake to go also.

They are getting their act together.
I ate there about 6 weeks after it opened.
It was nothing special.
I couldn't believe they put the fries in the bag with no cover at all.
Burger wasn't worth it at $15.
I thought they were dead in the water.

Went tonight 9-24-25.

Joint was busy.
Burger was proper.
Fries crisp in a box.
Great onion rings.

Wife had a chicken sandwich that she didn't talk at all while she ate it....

Go try them again.
They got it rolling now

Stylish and very clean place with pleasant background music. We stopped by around noon for a quick bite and loved how simple and fast the service was. The staff was friendly and brought everything out quickly. Ordering is super easy with all the pictures and customization options. The food was delicious — the meat was perfectly grilled and full of flavor. It was our first time here, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Order four shakes from the swlf serv last night at this location and 3 were same flavors and one was just plain. The grils making it took forever to prepare it and kept chatting with co workers in btwn rather than getting it done faster towards the closing time. Ended up waiting 15 minutes which could have took just 5

First time at Shake Shack! We liked it!! I loved the milk shake!! The young man who helped us order was really patient. I added pickles and onion to my burger! We could have ordered it with avocado or even bacon. Next time!! Ot was after lunch hours so it was quiet and easy!

First time at Shake Shack, the food was great, it did take a decent amount of time to get food in the drive thru, but made fresh items it's expected. The portion sizes were smaller than I expected based on the price.
