Really wasnt going to write a review. I’ve been here a total of four times. They messed up my order twice by forgetting my fries when I ordered them. It’s funny because they weren’t even busy when i went. No apology given when i had to park my car in the lot and walk inside to ask for my food. Pretty terrible experience given hope overpriced the food is.

$15 for an under cooked burger missing part of the bun causing it to make a mess everywhere. They threw two napkins in the bag on top of the burger. Horrible quality control at this location.

Maybe have French fries with skins. Have the chicken nuggets bigger, so I could hold them without it falling about in fingers. Everything had a really good flavor.

Good, but not cheap. This is expected at Shake Shack though.

Wow.

I haven't been to Shake Shack in a couple years. The burgers are absurdly small, barely the size of a hockey puck. Everything is overpriced. Even a soda is $4, and they don't even have an fountain available. 2 adults and a kid with small meals was $48.

Everything about this was disappointing except the fries, which were really good but still way too expensive.

Parking: Plenty of lot parking

Wheelchair accessibility: New building with accessible parking and easy access.

Our fries were cooked perfect and quantity was decent. Burgers tasted good? I agreed with some other reviewers, the problem is the burger size was pathetic. Shake was good? I feel shake pricing has gone crazy (every restaurant). I thought I had to try it because shake is in the restaurant name. My verdict is it's just like other restaurants, not worth it.
Overall the food tasted good. Will I go back? Probably not, due to that teeny tiny burger.

Went there about 2:30 on a Saturday place was empty. After seeing their food portions compared to their food prices it makes sense why business is slow. This will be a one and done experience for us. Food was above average but who wants to pay $8 for a 2oz burger? Wish I would have taken a picture but the patty was barely bigger than a White Castle slider!!! $6 for fries wasn’t even a big enough portion to share. $5.50 for a Mango Passion drink. It’s bad when you leave a restaurant wanting to hit a drive thru on the way home. SHAKE SHACK Scammed me out of $50.

I’ve tried this shake shack to compare it to the Schaumburg one. Every time I’ve ordered, my food has been cold. If I order via app, cold. At the window? Cold.

For a burger being nearly $8, I’d expect it to be hot. I hope they will eventually serve hot food lol.

I ordered 3 truffle burgers and some fries and two cheese burgers for $65dlls. My expectation for that price was quite high. The truffle burgers were definitely delicious maybe worth the $14. The girl who served us was quite friendly and even though it was a takeout order, she took our bags to the table where we were sitting. The place is clean and pleasant to look at.

Uuumm why was the burger smaller than my palm!?! Wow 8$ for the tiniest burger ever!!!! The kids meal at Culver’s is 7$ for a burger fries drink and icecream and the burger is MUCH bigger. Also my burger was extremely dry and just plain crumbly!!! Gross!!!!! Idk the hype but like I said I’ll stick to Culver’s and I’ll never recommend shake shack!!!! Go back to California!!!!!!!

I tried Shake Shack in Bloomingdale and I have to say, it was a disappointment. I'd much rather go for a Five Guys burger - it's so much better. Plus, these places are way too expensive for what they offer. Just garbag?e!
