Spotless dining area and bathroom. Tomato bisque was delicious and tasted homemade. Nice people, great atmosphere.

what a great place. we had so much food, gyros, steak dinner, hot dog, several sides and the chicken was great. Thanks Rocco and staff.
Love going here for lunch. Great food, much like Portillo's menu, but has way better food and is much more cost friendly. I've brought a few coworkers with me, and they love it as well.

We were here at 11:55 a.m. and waited 15 min just to place our oder. There was one girl taking orders and she waited till the customers in front of us got their food before taking our order. We were on our lunch from work so the time mattered to us but not them.

Just stood at the counter watching an employee, prepare french fries for the day for about 5 minutes waiting to have my order taken Before checking my phone and realizing they don't open for another 10 minutes.
Employees were able to walk past me to get drinks out of the cooler in this time, but nobody thought to question the strange person standing in their establishment before it even opens

Any place that asks for tip before you actually received any service will always get 1 star. I’d rather you raise your prices and pay your employees more than ask for tips taking orders at a counter. Are you prepping the food different for people who tip or don’t tip?

Hands down best customer service I’ve ever received. We ordered through grubhub and when we received our order, the fries were missing from our chicken tenders. When I called, I spoke with the catering manager and he personally delivered us the missing fries and included cookies and brownies as well. Everything was handled with excellent customer service and we cant wait to go back !

The food was SO good. Took carry out and a small miracle - everything including sauces were in the bag! Tenders were on point and the tenders and fries meal was enough for two of my kids to share (6&3) with left overs. Dogs & fries reminded me of Gene and Jude’s - certainly high praise as far as I’m concerned! It’s a shame I waited so long to try this place. It was hopping on a Thursday night so I guess I’m truly late to the party.
