The recent bad reviews are unfortunate. We were in the drive through this morning and had a great experience. The gal taking our order was very nice and made sure it was correct. We received our order in a timely fashion and it was all yummy. It is pricey, but I think it's pretty common knowledge that their on the high end. We would go to this location again.

my go to spot, but lately the new baristas don’t seem to listen to requests. i ask for “light ice” and still get a cup filled to the third line. pretty disappointing.

I decided to change my review from 1 star to 4 stars. They have changed they're staff and definitely improved.

Changing back to 1 star. Haven't been to this location for some time, but recently had to stop by. Wow.. Did things get bad here. Rude window staff and absolutely zero urgency at the drive through window. You are clearly on their time... Unbelievable.

They filled my $7 drink up only about 3/4 of the way. For that price I should being getting my full drink.

Ordered online. Confirmed by Starbucks in an email. Drove to the store to find out they couldn't fill my order. Got a refund for the food. I had to eat my waste of time and the wasted gas for my car. Thanks for nothing, Starbucks.

I was in the drive through and i was vaping and JR ( some girl with a mask) started yelling at me to stop smoking, i didn't know this was an actual rule so i did stop but then she kept yelling at me, she proceeded to do something like gang signs and i think she was trying to get me to move, i asked her what do you want me to do but then she started humming like hur dur hugh and being very aggressive, i obvious couldn't move as she didn't give the drink,a guy Thomas came to the window with the drink and gave it to me,really nice individual but this place has the weirdest people but JR is absolutely out of it, does this place have a manager?

I visited your Starbucks yesterday and, unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service. After I placed my order, three other people ordered after me, but their drinks were prepared and served before mine — the order of the queue was not respected. On top of that, my drink was made incorrectly: there was coffee sediment at the bottom of the cup, which should not have been there. It was very disappointing when the quality and service I expected were not met. I hope this will be taken into consideration in the future.

I have always had a pleasant experience until today. I pulled up to the drive-through and I was putting my cigarette out in my ashtray holding my cc to pay. A lady named JR (had a mask on) Immediately shut her window on me and proceeded to give me attitude through the glass saying she will wait until I’m done smoking. (the cigarette was already out). I understand that many people hate cigarettes and according to her it’s a “Starbucks policy”. I have nothing against that. What I have a issue with is me paying 7$ for a grande coffee and dealing with a RUDE and argumentative individual. I was driving away and she proceeded her rampage. I work in customer service for 17 + years and this behavior was unacceptable. I will never come back here..After looking at recent reviews I am not surprised. I feel like some are referring to the same experience I had with this mean girl. I will stick to the Addison Starbucks 🥰

I never leave reviews but I’m pretty disappointed. If I could give this place a negative rating I would. I used to go here before work almost everyday for the past 2 years. But the last couple of months haven’t been pleasant. I’ve noticed a lot of new employees. Not sure if that’s a factor. But the customer service is awful. One employee in particular is very rude. If she doesn’t understand you in the drive thru she will just mess up your order ( this has happened many times). I won’t be returning.

I love to grab some Starbucks in the morning before work and they are always so kind! The service is so fast even when it is busy. My order is always correct and they are always so nice to me. They are also so patient with me even when my order takes a while or is complicated!

Dietary restrictions: I love their oat milk and they have many other dairy replacements!

Kid-friendliness: You can go here with anyone of all ages!

I don’t come to this Starbucks but I came here on February 8th and got a Venti Iced Peach Green Tea Lemonade. To my surprise there was a bug in my drink so do with that information what you will.

Almost every time I go here, they mess up my drink. I just went here today and I ordered an iced caramel latte with oat milk. And caramel drizzle. They gave me a mocha latte with regular milk and caramel drizzle . I guess they heard mocha instead of oat milk. I was literally the only car in the entire drive-through. When I told them about all of the employees looked at me through the window like I was crazy. Then some older woman came out and said that she took my order and that is exactly what I ordered. Not true first of all. Second of all, maybe if you weren’t that lazy and projected the order on the screen like you’re supposed to I could’ve corrected you before. Lastly, your job is not that hard you could’ve just remade my drink and went About your day. It’s not like you guys were busy at all. Lazily run starbucks.

Rain Storm

This is my go-to Starbucks, and they always do an amazing job! The coffee is consistently great, and the staff is respectful and welcoming. My only concern is the parking lot -it's never maintained. Given how much business Starbucks brings in, I'd hope they'd prioritize customer safety. In the winter, it's rarely plowed, and icy conditions are never salted. I truly appreciate this location and hope to see improvements for everyone
