Very slow drive-thru service. A 5 minute mobile order took over 30 minutes to be ready at the drive thru window. Hot drink became cold.

Horrific experience with drive thru in ArmyTrail Bloomingdale store, woke culture employee would not serve me coffee for 7-8 minutes after it was ready and I could see it thru the window, her and her managers reason was she is helping other employee. What about helping the customer. Cup was spilled from outside, counter argument instead of apologizing. My family was aghast from careless.

I been going to this location for about three years. And could see the difference for not good. I’m going to share pictures. Is a shame because there’s a good employees, like the lady from the drive tru. She’s very outgoing and customer friendly. The pictures with the flat white was two years ago when Mel used to be the manager. The main reason is the inconsistency . The cortado was well made before buy not my last time. One time one the barista didn’t know about the refill policy and she keeps saying I’ve to pay very inconvenient moment. And my last order I feel when we customize the drink is made with less care. Shouldn’t be because we’re paying. I asked for remade it and wasn’t happy about it. I understand there’s new people in training but there’s a couple from long time. Is difficult to me write the negative side. But for so many times turned the blind eye.

Just ordered coffee and some snack. It took long time as the service was toooooo slow.The second was not given. I went into remind to get some snack . And said they do not have as it it only for display. WHAT????

The barista was arguing with me. She made me feel like I was stupid and didn’t know my order. I ordered a sugar cookie almond milk latte steamed and I got an iced.

This is by far the worse Starbucks that I've gone to. I've given this one many chances and it never changes. I go to this one because it's close to where I work.
A few employees are great but it ends there. A few examples of my experiences. I did a mobile order and got there and waited another 5 minutes. Get to work around the corner only to taste my drink and it was not made correctly. I called and was told what time my order was placed and that the drink settled. I informed them I just picked it up within minutes ago and that they had just made it. They gave me a credit only to not grant it when I went back another day. Drive thru order, not polite at all finally got my tea and again drove around corner to work to see they made this drink wrong, the sticker was correct the drink was not even close. I was early enough to drive back over to fix it and literally not one word was said to me, they made it correctly and passed it out the window without saying a word. Today I go inside and order and waited 15 minutes for my drink. A person who came in a good 5 minutes after me and ordered at counter like I did got her 2 drinks before mine was even started to be made. I'm done giving this place a chance and will go to a different one.

Extremely disappointing service. Waited 15 mins in a line wrapped around the building for a cold brew. When I finally got to the ordering screen they didn’t have cold brew available anymore and had run out and tried to offer just iced coffee. Then I had to wait another 10 mins behind other cars since I was already trapped in the drive thru and couldn’t exit. What a wasted half hour that I could’ve been at another location that actually works faster to get people through
