Great coffee and fast service. The store was clean and the floors were dry even though it was icy and wet outside.

The drive through attendant was as dry as sand in mouth. To top it off, I tip her or hin and wish them a happy Holidays to get a closed glass on my face.

the baristas are consistently friendly. even if something is wrong they are super quick and friendly with fixing it. not sure what these other reviewers are on but i see the growth and keep killing it you guys!

This is a great spot and very consistent. I would love to see the store updated and get more comfy seating but overall really great. Some of the baristas seem new which is fine while others are the glue and warmth here. The shifts Dom and Tiana (hopefully im spelling that right) are amazing and always ready to explain or answer questions and there are two baristas that do amazing but unfortunately at this time i can't recall their names but they are very kind.

The customer service here is absolutely awful. I come to this location consistently because it’s close to me however I would rather drive a little further away and have better service. Half the time you aren’t properly greeted with a hello. The drinks are never consistent and usually are watered down. The line is almost always backed up and by the time you get your drink it’s not even worth it anymore.

Drinks are always made like trash and they never make them properly. Orders are always behind and you have to wait at least 5 minutes longer than expected. I got a strawberry açaí and they barely added any base to it and it tasted like water. Iced London fog that I ordered wasn’t made properly as I saw the drink being made. It wasn’t even shaken with the ice and was lukewarm.

This location makes terrible drinks.
My drink this morning taste awful. And these lattes are not cheap. I get regular milk after asking for oatmilk (95% of the times I've been going there). No flavors just taste water down drink, can't even taste the expresso.. Terrible.

We had kids. The lady asked us to leave because our child was too loud and she can’t hear in her headphones. But the music in the store is not loud for them ?? Worst customer service.
She also told another two guys who were talking to leave.
If you wanna get anything from this store. She will be happy to see you get it and leave the store right away .

Me and my boyfriend ordered 2 cinnamon dolce lattes and they are so watered down it tastes like they added water to the milk. I don’t even feel comfortable asking them to remake them and they wouldn’t give me a refund over the phone. Will not be returning here

I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience tonight left me feeling really disappointed with Starbucks. I came this evening with my sister she doesn’t get out much, and she really loves the Refreshers. It was her birthday so I wanted to treat her to her favorite drink. I knew about the birthday reward through the app, so she was really excited to finally get it. When we got to the window, I politely asked why she didn’t have the birthday offer. The barista explained that if the app isn’t active, it won’t send the reward which I completely understand. What upset me, though, was when she added, “Try again next year.” That comment felt dismissive and unnecessary. It’s not about the free drink it’s about the experience and how it made my sister feel on her special day. I hope Starbucks can remind staff to show a little more empathy and care in moments like this.

Im a regular and constantly visit starbucks around the area, its obvious the staff at this location just do not get the support they need. They constantly look overworked and stressed and that in turn makes wait times incredibly long. Ive spoken to a manager or lead a couple times and im not even sure if they know what theyre doing the store should really spend less time worrying about fast times and focus on their staffing issues first cause its honestly just
disappointing. Well supported workers always make for better service, do better lol

This Starbucks is a hit or miss for me. I order a cold brew 100% of the time here and end up getting iced coffee from time to time, while they might look the same, the cost and taste is significantly different. If I wanted an iced coffee, I would have just gone down the street and paid $2 at McDonald’s.
