I went thru the drive through and I was being rushed by the person taking my order, and wouldn’t explain one of the items as I couldn’t read it on the menu, also when I went to the window I asked for extra sauce and the employee reached in my car, grabbed the bag out of my lap and chucked a few sauces in it then said get out of here you’re holding up the line

I had placed an online order today for mexican pizza and chalupa just and hour ago. Jalapenos on Mexican pizza was so bad. Smells very bad and Chalupa was not cooked properly it was sticked to the wrapper and I felt like I am eating a dough. If you guys do not serve properly then do not need to open it till late night. Go home and sleep.

This location has a very high menu price compared to all other location but service is good
9/24/25 left this Taco Bell location feeling discriminated against. This morning, a latina woman walked to the front and said "can I help you"? I said "good morning" and she just stared. As I began giving my order, she walked off and took the drive-thru order; without saying a word. I quickly took my money to McDonald's next door. My family has owned 7 Taco Bells and 5 McDonald's. I would have sent her home for the week disrespecting and disregarding customers as such

Understand 1a "or later". Turn off the damn lights and don't have the auto message on your drive through address a customer while the people inside ignore the customer.

Despite paying extra for shredded cheese and confirming 3 times that the burritos I ordered were with shredded and not nacho cheese they still gave me nacho. I would have had them redo it but I didn't try one until I got back home 15 min later.

It’s one of the few Taco Bell locations in the USA where you will still find the quality and quantity of Taco Bell. The location wise is great. The food temperature and restaurant maintain their quality.

Didn't get any cantina sauce after they told me twice it was in the bag, I assumed at the bottom. Paid almost 7 bucks for the chicken burrito, judging by the size. It should have been a value item.Doesn't surprise me tho. Used to know people who worked at Taco Bell. Shorting customers to get weights(meats, cheeses, etc...)back to were they should be. obviously don't know if this is the case here. Just depends on taco bell I guess.Won't be back to this one again. ?

Went to try the new churro chiller and it was so good!!!! The stacker that I got was good as well! Much better than my local Taco Bell
Well i went there tonight ordered the cantina chicken box. That is not what i got. I git the cantina soft taco, which was not bad. But that was the only part of that meal that was correct. It was also supposed to include the new avacado sauce. I got charged for them. I love how these fast food places are raising their prices so the owners can keep the same life style but they cannot invest time into training their employees to do their job. I constantly have to check my order from this location. The last time i had to bring in my entire order and argue with them how the messed it up. What good is a drive thru if you don't get it correct.
