we found glass in our food. They were very rude when confronted by the issue and just repeated that the glass could not have come from their kitchen. My husband found it by biting down on it. there was no refund on the over $100 meal that we had to throw all away due to the fear of finding glass in our food.
The staff, especially the manager is very rude with very bad customer service. When we were given a table in the corner with no lights above the table in dark area, we asked him if we can get different table and he literally said “ this is the only table we have, take it or leave it”. How are they still in business with such a poor attitude and poor customer service. This was my first time at the restaurant and I am glad I left without ordering anything. We called for a last minute reservation in which they where able to accommodate us right away and gives us a table for a large party even though they were busy trying to keep up the orders while being understaffed. The food was amazing as always and the server Deep was very patient and understanding with us. He took his time explaining the dishes and complied which each of our demands with a smile on his face. Would definitely recommend coming here again and to everyone else.
