Food is good and the service is amazing the gentleman working there is very professional and he gets a 6/5 ☆☆☆☆☆☆ for custumer service. I have been there twice in the past couple weeks and very friendly workers

I’ve been a customer for a long time. I ordered two hams for Easter I reserved them when I got to the store to pick them up. They told me they didn’t have them and I had to take a bigger ham that I didn’t want. I don’t think that was good Customer service, especially after buying and being a good customer there for a long time That’s why I’m leaving a 1 star !

If you love glazed ham,roasted turkey, or smoked turkey, this is THE PLACE to get it. All products such as the mentioned but also they have some really good side dishes. HBH is the place to go for family events or a little romantic evening for two without worrying about all the fus. The only thing that you have to cook are frozen items and their slider sandwiches, which are prepared and ready to go.The meats are cooked in the back. Also,check out their catering menu for corporate meetings/events,etc.

Ordered items for Easter but when picking up they were out of what I ordered. Makes no sense when you order in advance and have a confirmation. Not sure who it falls on the company or the franchisee but either way it's not a good way to fo business

Store is well run and everyone is helpful. Just one problem - I turned in a $5 coupon, the server scanned and acknowledged it, but when I got home I found it hadn't been credited. There may have been a conflict with another credit I was using, but nothing was said, and the coupon was time limited.

First and last time ordering. I pre-ordered the 6 side sampler for Thanksgiving a week in advance, pre-paid and all. I get there at my designated pick up date and time to be told 3 out of 6 sides are sold out. I reiterated that I pre-paid. This a day before Thanksgiving. They said I could be refunded or buy what was in stock. Then what’s the point of PRE-ORDERING?

Beware, you cannot use gift cards with any of their coupons! We came here to pick up our ham early to get their $7 discount. We bought gift cards from Costco a while back and wanted to use it for this purchase. We could not use the gift card to buy with the coupon which is really upsetting. We called ahead of time before purchasing the ham, and it would have been nice if the staff told us about this during our call.

A few weeks ago I had a horrible experience with the night manager not sure why this company holds onto her job. She is ignorant, and the worst. The place is also dirty and it smells. No thanks.

I walked in today and it's a nice place to eat inside. The staff were nice and friendly.
I will definitely be going back to cater food for my family & friends ??? so delicious ?

The 1st time I came here was really good. However the second time will be my last. The bread was hard and stale, the bacon was so over cooked it was inedible, and the meats on both of our sandwiches looked like they'd been sitting out for several days. We won't be going back.

My first time in the store. Went to get a quick ham sandwich. I’m so glad I did!The gentleman at the counter was very polite and pleasant and took no time at all to make my classic ham on a croissant! Lots of thick slices of delicious ham, I ordered with mayo lettuce and tomato. Pleasantly surprised that it was romaine lettuce and one nice fresh crunchy leaf just as I like my sandwich. Tomato was fresh although I could have used a second slice but not worried. My tummy is happy! I will be back!

Outstanding food and service! This is the place for Christmas ham.

Just prior to Thanksgiving Day, picking up orders was very busy (as expected). One of these hams is now preferred by my family over turkey.
