0. The manager Jeff wasn’t very nice at all. Wouldn’t take a minute to review my order Horrible Service even for fast food

Hot dogs are hidden in the bun there is more relish and mustard then there is a hot dog. The beef was OK as usual and the fries were hard and greasey

Can't find a website for this place, so I have no idea of the menu or really anything about it. Sad because I was interested in trying the place.

This is a portillos and the gps sends you to the wrong place.

Absolutely phenomenal restaurant. The pretzel pot roast sandwich is one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Their fried haddock has fresh homemade batter that makes you feel like you are in Florida eating fresh fish... Go here, now!

Been going to Portillo's in Rockford Illinois every since they opened several years ago. Love the Beef sandwiches and Hotdogs. Very disappointed in one of my other favorites.... the chopped salad. Just picked up one and it is about 1/3 smaller than before. The house dressing was terrible and no chunks of chicken at all. Hoping they just got my order wrong but the receipt had everything I ordered. Need to leave a good thing alone.

This place has become the absolute worst place around. Orders are wrong, online ordering (if it works) is never on time, disrespectful staff. And now catering has all but cut there menu to just a few items. I have decided to give up on this place.

I checked the website menu before I left the house. They had a Greek Salad that I was interested in. I tried to call as well, but my call went unanswered. The salad was not available. In fact they only had two salads available. Pretty weird at a place called the salad bowl. I've eaten at many Portillos Restaurant's before. Portillos doesn't offer free refills on soda, but you can always get refills on water or ice tea. This site did refill the tea but treated my daughter like a criminal for asking for it. My advice is try a different Portillos. This individual location is to be avoided.
