The WORST experience I’ve ever had in life! The manager Raven approached me with such aggression, attitude & unprofessionalism in regards to mistakes the store made. Every employee at this location is inexperienced in customer service and argumentative. I recorded a two minute video of her trying to “ check me “ and walked off to the young gentleman who had me in the store for 20 minutes for one smoothie and said “ it’s cool I handled it “ just extremely unprofessional and chaotic ! I would’ve left zero stars if I could!

I just had the BEST experience at Tropical Smoothie Café, all thanks to Raven! She was so incredibly patient while I asked a million questions about what goes into the smoothies—I’m really mindful of calories, but still want something that tastes good, and she completely got that. Not only did she help me figure out the perfect blend, but she also had such great suggestions that I hadn’t even thought of.

What really stood out was how she insisted I taste the smoothie before I left, just to make sure I loved it. Who does that anymore?! Her customer service was top-tier—something I honestly haven’t experienced in a long time.

Raven is a gem, and I’ll definitely be back to see her. She’s right down the street from my gym, so it’s basically meant to be. Thank you, Raven, for making something as simple as a smoothie feel like a VIP experience!

This is my go to place on a busy morning! They are open at 8:00 am so I can get a breakfast on my way to work. I love their smoothies and I always order a wrap with no cheese or meat.

That said, I really wish they had some vegan options! Given that today’s sustainability market is growing, they have a fantastic opportunity. Tofu could be easily batch prepared and vegan cheese is available everywhere and I am not able to substitute any of the items I remove, yet the price stays the same.

Other than that, the staff is always super nice in the mornings! :)
