Got the order wrong, again. Even with the AI drive through they get it wrong.

I hate the cashiers upsell everything.
You other with the AI machine it gives you a price way cheaper than ordering with with a person.
I ordered a 2 baconator meals with a 1 potato but the machine took it as a potato on the side , and two lemonades , it was $32
When I went to the cashier and said I wanted to substitute the fries on one of the meals for a potato he started doing all this number pushing that my finally total was $36 and I was like wait how if I wanted to remove the potato and it to the meal , he said because the drinks were extra. But when I first pulled up he didn’t say anything about the drinks being extra and was ready to let me pay the $32
At this point it’s not worth going back because you always feel like you’re getting scammed

The drive through is AI, and it made the experience very stressful.
Gave me one sauce for fries and nuggets. Then wants to charge me more when i ask for 2 more sauce. Acting as if it came out of her pay check for 2 sauce. A chain company being stingy about sauce is wild horrible costumer service. Never getting Wendy’s again lol. 1 sauce for fries and nuggets. Would you be ok getting served 1 tiny sauce for a meal like that

I usually eat in, but I also use the drive thru for quick items like a breakfast biscuit or just a strawberry lemonade.
The staff here is always efficient and friendly.
We love the honey chicken biscuits, the chicken nuggets and the jr. deluxe cheeseburgers.
The new bundles are great and priced reasonably.

Customer service is the main reason for my rating. I think it was manager named Anna that Explained my issue to. I explained to her that the chicken on my salad was cut into really small gummy pieces it was unusual like nothing I've ever seen. Almost like crumble cheese curds. Before she even looked at it she became very argumentative telling me thats just how the chicken looks i get this salad alot and from all sorts of locations so course i know how it should look. I was forced to ask for my money back seeing how she was just not pleasant at all.

An AI robot took my order at the drive through. Stop being cheap and hire real people to take orders and pay them a wage that’s worth it. I won’t be back to Wendy’s anymore.

Rude employees. Guy kept yelling to me that my order was ready.
I told him I couldn’t carry a tray. He kept yelling anyway. I’m not senile. I’m disabled. Another customer went and got it for me.
