Your worker first of all, made us pull forward and then reverse while she was sticking her arm out the window for us to come back, how inconvenient. And then, she proceeded to put my chicken nuggets in the bag upside down SO THEY ALL FELL OUT. And then she didn’t give us the sauce we asked for, on top of it all, she was very short and rude while ordering. Terrible experience.

this one employee saved my life. apparently there was a guy taking pictures of me and the employees jumped over the counter and dropkicked him dead in the chest. then, the other worker took the phone out of the guys hand and did a 360 3 pointer into the trash can. i love wendys and the power of spongebob empowers me everyday.

Kids ask if they could have Wendy’s for dinner so I stop at this location. Get our food home which is right across the street and the fries are like warm at best and my burger is reheated from some order they had earlier. 1000% unacceptable. So much for the always fresh slogan

Went to order a Dave’s double while on break and received a baconator instead. Called to see if there was anything they could do and a manager named Sumi helped me out. Instead of replacing it with the correct item they gave me another baconator instead which I didn’t fully understand but they still helped out with what they could.

They messed up my order and when i called to see about getting a refund they said they needed a manager and when i asked when I should come in they hung up in my face and lied about being the manager and couldn't answer any questions. I'massuming they want to avoid getting in trouble but if the items were made fresh and proper FIFO was used then we wouldnt have any problems. I have never experienced such horrible service.

I ordered decaf coffee. The guy preparing my order went to the coffee area and was communicating with looks and utterances that made the other bald cook laugh. The woman between them laughed too. Then, the guy preparing told me "there's no decaf". (Either you accept that or none tone). A few seconds, the female manager uttered: No Decaf. Laugh first, please. I'm probably entertainment to them. There was a time people had manners. They knew how to hide their emotions. I felt uneasy. A forgone conclusion. A joke. And I only ordered an over cooked potato (dry) and chili. I took the regular coffee. But not provide laughs to these people. Plus why have the choice of regular or decaf when there isn't any made or they choose not to make it. Is the company not buying decaf? Not coming here anymore. This is the third time I didn't get decaf. The medium sized coffee isn't even adequately filled. They should at least teach staff to be courteous. I know now that the customers should adjust to staff here. I know because even their manger didn't care. That must be the culture they're promoting.
