Overpriced for atmosphere and service level. We made reservations and arrived on time. We were seated under an air conditioning vent and it was uncomfortably cool. The server tried to move us but the manager would not allow this. He stated the whole restaurant was like that. The server told us she gets this complaint every day and the couple seated next to us made the same complaint. They received the same rude reply from the manager. The drink menu was ok. They don’t disclose the “skinny” margarita had an artificial sweetener until I had to interrogate the bartender who acted offended he was questioned. In the end he was able to make an unsweetened margarita as the menu described. The food was ok. Not great but above a low price chain restaurant. The service and attitude of the manager and bartender will cause me to not return.

Solid mexican spot in Bloomington.
I like that they provide free chips and salsa. They’re NOT skimpy at all. Our party of 3 got 2 baskets in front of us before we even sat down.
Diet coke refills are free, thats a +1
The chips were really good with a nice crunch, salsa not bad either.
I had the strawberry pineapple margarite. Absolutely delicious and pretty sweet but still had a bite to it (in a good way).
Tried three tacos. The only one i didn’t love was the Al Pastor. The pork tasted a bit weird and the sauce was overly spicy.
Carnitas taco was the big winner. Meat was juicy and tasty and the sauce went so well with everything.
I also liked the pork belly taco, nice big piece included.
Service was great! Would come back

I was absolutely completely shocked at how horribly bad the water was. The water taste like it just got pulled out of the lake when you go to a nice restaurant you think that they would have nice filtered water but no, it disgusting like they just pulled it out of the lake. There is no way that is healthy. The food was good, but the water just turned me off so bad. I will never go back there..

Been here multiple times and always love it! Our server Joseph was great! He kept our sodas filled, chips coming, and was attentive and kind. We also had the taco special of the month- Buffalo chicken. SO SO AMAZING! We will be back for it!

Such interesting combinations for tacos and other Mexican delights. Great fillers, and delicious sauces. The chips and salsa are to die for!!! The different types and flavors of margaritas are hard to choose from. I love a regular frozen margarita, but tried the raspberry lime and it was delicious! One day I'm just having chips, salsa and margaritas. Must try. Hard to choose!!!

Service was outstanding, the atmosphere as always was good, food tonight was just OK, not bad but not great had the special tamales the were dry but also had a shrimp taco, tacos made the dinner, don't do the tamales if you're into tamales.
We call this place Mexican TGI Fridays. It’s probably a smart concept from a business perspective. But the food often feels pre-made (it arrives almost instantly after ordering) and is insanely overpriced. I’m OK with paying the same thing for a good meal in NYC, but not mass-produced blandness in Central Illinois.
