I went in today with my wife, sat at the bar and Ben helped us. Ben did a fantastic job taking care of us, and really enjoyed our time. I haven't been to Applebee's in a while, we'll be returning.

UPDATE: Today is 2/7/25, Came in again and didn't even realize it had been a year. Guess who was working and still killing it, BEN! Keep it up brother! Thanks Steve and Kourtney!

I can’t overstate how disappointing tonight’s visit was. We ordered two drinks that tasted like they had no alcohol in them. When we questioned it, the waitress claimed, “It’s well vodka, that’s why you don’t taste it.” That’s simply not true—well vodka should be noticeable, unlike premium vodka. We were stuck paying for two drinks that were essentially soda, with no attempt to remedy the situation.

We also had the chicken wonton tacos, which were a disaster. They weren’t served hot, were dripping with what seemed like coleslaw water, and the chicken tasted old. After that, we decided not to even bother ordering entrees.

The waitress wasn’t necessarily the issue, but it would’ve been nice to be offered a replacement drink or some kind of solution. Walking into a nearly empty restaurant should’ve been the first red flag. We won’t be returning. Save your money and go somewhere that values quality and customer satisfaction. Do better Applebees.

Ordered twice per door dash no Cole slaw with photo they took. Manager made me extremely angry because of the poor service. Only attitude was “so what”. Per door dash no other items on table with order. It must not have been packaged together. Why don’t you put completed orders in one bag with a Lso DoorDash stated it was taped and tied and the manager said they don’t do but photo shoes taped and tied. Poor customer service and poor packaging. 😟

Very attentive waiter. I was sad that they didn't have the chocolate meltdown, but the chicken wonton tacos were fantastic!

The food is typical of Applebee's. It was okay. But nothing to brag about. They only had 2 servers? So our service was kind of poor.

I've been to many Applebee's across the nation and for the most part they have good comfort foods. At this particular one I got the babyback ribs. The ribs flavor was good, but the were somewhat over cooked, on the drier side..

Went here with my brother and both of our steaks were not cooked right. We both got meals that came with 2 sides and somehow had to pay $10 extra for sides that my brother ordered, the waiter informed my brother there would be an up charge for the sides he ordered but $4 just to add cheese to broccoli is insane! And then an extra $6 for some Mac and cheese? Crazy!

I used to really enjoy their food. The last time I was there with a friend we sat in a window booth and it was filthy. The walls and windows had food splattered all over. We left before ordering. Just imagine what the kitchen looks like if they cannot keep the table areas clean. I emailed corporate about the cleanliness, not sure if anything has changed. Truthfully I cannot get myself to go back.

Server brought everything to our table one item at a time. Made a total of 6 trips to our table. Appetizer came out with entrees. Ordered the halloween alcohol buckets…. straight syrup. It was thick and no alcohol was present. Place was decorated very nicely for the holiday though and was clean.

We came in after 9pm. Tish and Junior were beyond excellent ??!!! And the food actually had flavor! Will be back again and again!! Thanks for a wonderful time ???!!!!
