My husband went through the drive thru tonight. We had to change our order three times before giving up and going somewhere else. How can you be out of Hy-C, Bacon, and chicken all at the same time. To make it all worse she offered to swap out the chicken wrap with breaded chicken which I found interesting because I have asked if they could do this and was told no on two occasions. So we can suddly sub something when we are out but not when a customer asks even when i am okay with an up charge? Also stop cleaning your ice cream machine at night during a prime time for snacks . Why not do it in the morning when people are less likely to order ice cream.
