Auntie Anne's

There is an employee named Suresh that works here and he is one of the rudest most unprofessional, despicable person I have ever met. I will have no choice but to stop eating at Auntie Anne's because of this living trash of a human being.

Poor service. Last time I came here they were out of dough. This time when I went I thought the place was closed. Not one pretzel item made.Waited 20 min to prepare and he didn't even make non salted. Employee didnt give a hoot and he was slow as molasses. Won't be going back.

Absolutely disgusting. The location is dirty, and the staff couldn't care less. Half the time, they don't even have pretzels because they are too lazy to make them. Go to Pretzelmaker on the other end of the mall. Don't make the same mistake of eating one of these stale, sub-par excuses for a pretzel.

Girls behind the counter had impeccable customer service, all smiles and sunshine the whole time. Food was great, will be back again

Unfortunately I don't like posting bad reviews, but with the customer service I received here yesterday I have no choice. While I was at the mall I decided since I have never had Auntie Anne's I would give them a try. My friend and I arrive at the counter just to have all three employees look at us, and not say a word. It was at that moment one of the workers said and I quote, "I'm not getting his order, one of y'all are gonna do it." I'm sorry for interrupting your discussion on how hard your life is, but we all have issues in our lives some of us just decide not to obnoxiously yell them for everyone else to hear. Not only was the customer service terrible, the pretzels were burnt. My friend and I ate a couple and threw the rest away and went to the other pretzel place. The one positive thing that came out of the situation was that the other pretzel place had awesome pretzels!
