Went here after an Illinois Wesleyan indoor track meet. A great place to stop by if you go to either Illinois state university or Wesleyan. Although the food was Amazon, it took forever to be prepared. The restaurants staff was amazing and overwork. Are waiter was doing several positions by herself. Not a quick stop. Bar like atmosphere with good theming.

Appetizers for half off is a real bargain. We had the onion rings but my favorite also was the mushrooms. They were out of the lobster dip which I want to try. I also go the walleye it was very big portion and very good. Kids enjoyed the burgers off the kids menu. One had fruit and the other fries. Great atmosphere and the manager is a real cool guy he waited on us. We'll return soon to try the lobster dip and some other menu items.

The food was great. Nachos with chicken appetizer was very good. Way better than expected. Also had the fish and chips which was also very good. Can’t complain about the food at all. Service was a bit slow, but our waitress was nice and courteous. Atmosphere was okay, like Applebees.

The chicken salad sandwich was very good but I knocked a star off for the caesar salad made with vinegrette dressing..never in 50 plus years have I had a caesar like that..yuck

TGI replacement! My buddy and I dropped in late Friday to a sparkling disco ball Christmas space. Got fantastic service the entire time, noticed an incredible menu of diverse burgers that tugged heart strings and bubbled up appetites, need to try them all before I die. However after sampling two curious ales neither doing it for me, went for the reuban and House cucumber slices. My friend had the beer and half price late night app deal but discovered the apps are slim trim. Not the loaded plates apps should be for these prices, but the spicy curds made a good case! My reuban was excellent. Yet the house spicy pickled cucumber knocked flavors out of the park! I can see this place sticking around a while and hope so.

I got their portobello mushroom burger and a side salad. Both were excellent. Asked for a margarita, not too sweet, and the bartender got it right. Waitress did a good job. Atmosphere was nice. Music wasn't too loud and wasn't obnoxious. I'll be back.

Today was my second time there and it NEVER A DISAPPOINTMENT. Awsome food, the staff is really great, and the atmosphere is always cheerfully and very clean. I highly recommend.
Always a good time when we go. The fish and chips is usually my go to. I tried my husband's firecracker shrimp tacos and that is my favorite now. The lobster dip is also amazing! The service is always good. Ordering pick up has been easy too.

Food was bad and obviously that's the worst part .. but I mean, we are now in basketball and hockey season and I looked up and saw a replay of the 2022 World Series ... Braveheart .. and idk a lifetime movie? At 7pm on a Weds? Please give someone with a clue the remote ... FREEEEEEDOM!
