This was our first experience at this location and we were not disappointed by our selections. The service was prompt and overall experience was enjoyable. We had mint and coffee fudge swirled with almonds as well as cookie dough. No complaints here and def will be going back in the future.

Gone are the days when you had 31 flavors to choose from. It wasn't bad, but overpriced for what you get / quality. I would rather go to the local places: Gene's or Carl's Ice Cream.

I ordered an ice cream cake for the Christmas party I was hosting. I ordered the cake online. It was ready at the scheduled time. The workers at this location were extremely polite. The cake itself was exactly what I ordered and the cake decorator did a fabulous job! It was beautifully decorated! Thanks for helping to make the party extra special!

Baskin Robbins needs to update there Menu. Wanted a Banana Split. ? they have been discontinued...but still on the Menu...No Waffle Cones. But still on the Menu. They lost out.

I purchased butter pecan ice cream on two separate occasions and I had to throw it away. The ice cream only comes pre packaged at this location. It taste as if it had sand, dirt or grit mixed into it. I payed almost $8 each visit for a quart. I don’t have money to waste. I tried contacting the store and haven’t gotten anyone. Check your ice cream before you leave the store!!

Unbelievably poor service!!!! We ordered through DoorDash because of the Shelter In Place Order. I intentionally paid much more by ordering hand packed ice cream rather than pre-packed so that we could get rocky road, butter pecan and vanilla. The driver just dropped it off and ALL THREE ARE VANILLA! When I tried to call and ask them what happened, on one answered their phone even though they were open. Finally an answering machine came on saying their mailbox was full and asking you to hang up!!! NO WONDER THEIR MAILBOX IS FULL!!!! I am going to contact the home office about this and tell them this awful experience. I am SO THROUGH with Baskin Robbins!

Never order the Reece’s layered sundae. They will most likely give you something completely wrong multiple times, then wait 30 plus minutes just for them to tell you that their out of Reece’s. This happens every time ?
