Worst company you could choose to work for now. Biaggi's used to be a great place, but now it's horrible. They absolutely hate their employees and only care about Todd's bottom dollar. Brian Poe is easily one of the worst members of a management team I have ever seen in my 11 years of working in restaurants. Brian is the absolute laziest manager I've ever met. Comes into the restaurants and just stands around with his arms crossed acting like he's all buddy buddy with everyone but won't lift a finger to help anyone. At least when Casey was the DM for Colorado she would come into the restaurant and help everyone, run food, get drinks, even greet a table if needed. She puts Brian to shame and it's a real disappointment that Todd would hire someone as horrible as Brian Poe. All in all, everyone should be wary about supporting this company, unless of course you enjoy lining the pockets of corporate America.

My job requires me to live on the road. I occasionally enjoy a good Italian meal. So I came to Biaggi's for lunch. I ordered a Stuffed Mushroom appetizer. When it came out I was very disappointed. Very little if any italian sausage. The rest of my meal was good though. Need work on presentation.

It was Saturday night and you need a reservation. It was packed. We were seated immediately with a reservation. Our server was overloaded but did a good job. We ordered glasses of wine which I wish had come faster and fuller but it was sooo busy. Bread was delicious and we had plenty. My friend ordered a house salad which was brown and wilted hence the 3 stars. His pasta was good a crab/shrimp spinach dish. The shrimp are very small. I had the honey beet arugula salad with salmon. Very small portion of greens and salmon. The bread filled in the gap. Overall a good meal but overpriced for the salad, wine, and portions. Definitely a better lunch place.

Your operation in Perrysburg, Ohio needs a management change. I asked her after 30 minutes why no service not even h20 and got a big attitude. Then the server dumped a drink on our table and ran off for 30 minutes. Very poor operation

Biaggis is usually the best restaurant to go to in Central Illinois. I think last night was just a bad night for them, but I had a TERRIBLE experience. 1st, I called to reserve a table for 8:15pm. When we arrive there's a long wait, and the host tells me she can't find my reservation. I double checked that I called the correct number (I did) and still, no reservation. I go back to my car and sit until a host finds an available table. We waited a while before anyone came to take our order. The worst of the night seemed to be over. But NO! A young lady brings our food to the table bagged and ready to go!! I was so confused I told her she made a mistake. After a few minutes we realized our food was prepared to go. Our server was busy so we decided to leave. To stay when our server couldn't get to us would mean our food would be cold, and we didn't want to hold the table any longer. Just so unusual for Biaggis to have an off day is all.

Our server was top-notch. One of the best ever. My wife had her best birthday dinner in years. The food, staff, and atmosphere is amazingly professional, efficient, and friendly. I'll be back.

My mother and I recently ate at the Biaggi's location in Naperville. We did not realize they were closing earlier due to COVID and that the hours were different. Because we came in shortly before closing, we were unable to order some of the items we wanted due to the grill being down. However, I was so impressed with our server named Georgia and the manager named George. (He said he had just started there a few months ago). They both were so accommodating and apologetic for the items they were unable to provide. We were not rushed at all. Wonder server and manager. You don't find service like that very often these days. They went above and beyond and the food was great. We will definitely be back!
