fraud. I use their flawed app, which is the only way to order food because they won't answer their phone, and they charge me nine times for the same $67 meal. I called them 3 weeks ago and they said they would fix it and they didn't. Then I called the processing center in South Dakota and they said they'd fix it and they didn't. so if you want to get charged nine times for the same meal then aromas the place for you
It's really sad cuz I really like their food and it's really convenient to get to. But I've spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get this fixed and they just don't seem to give a s***. so if you want to get ripped off, aroma is the place for you?

We waited over an hour for our order to be picked up by the door dash driver, and they were there waiting for the order to get done. They kept waiting and finally decided to call the place and ask if our order was still being made and the guy hung up on me. Never again.

This place is trash. What person would actively make the choice to serve someone food that looks like this, the carrots were rotten, the celery was obviously going bad. Horrible place never get food here.

So, this restaurant has fallen off, big time. We ordered the same thing we order every time, but the portions were much smaller and pre-mixed with basmati (Usually comes with a seperate container with significantly more sauce and meat and a seperate container of rice. If i had to guess, i'd say we had maybe 2-3 tablespoons of sauce in each of our meals. It wasn't even enough to coat the rice. It was still white after mixing. Incredibly dry and inedible. I counted exactly THREE small pieces of chicken in my meal, 4 in hers.
I generally don't complain as it's rare that we get bad indian food, but I called and this guy tells me "We will try to do better next time", which wouldn't ordinarily be a problem but he offered no refund, no replacement, nothing of the sort. I called back again a couple minutes later and asked if i could drive back across town and get it replaced and he hung up the phone.
Talk with your money, folks. Spend your money elsewhere.
