We ordered online my wife had to wait 3 1/2 Hours on our order. There was many people picking up their orders that had ordered later . Very upset with the service. 😢😢😢

If we're talking purely the quality of their wings, they are unmatched. Sadly their prices are also unmatched and not in the good way. Far too expensive for what they offer. Atmosphere is not great either. The TVs are sometimes too loud even when no one is watching or cares about what's on them. Any noise like screaming kids or loud TVs seems to get amplified by the space. Service is ok.

The service was awful waited 45 minutes for our food. My salad was yellow and brown. Didn't eat it. Didn't complain to waiter, never saw him!!!

Waited over 40 minutes for my pickup order AFTER it said it was going to be ready. Line out the door for pickup orders and when food was brought out the employees didn’t even say the names of whose order was done. Finally I got my order and they forget the sauce that I ordered. Won’t be back to this location.

The Cajun and Original Buffalo wings were absolute trash. They were cold as all get out and the only reason they were hot was only because of the sauce. Never again. The waiter was good, but was completely embarrassed about the product. I felt bad for the poor guy that had to bring out the disgusting product knowing that it wasn’t him but the kitchen staff that were at fault.
Terrible experience for dinner. The food was not fresh, and the service was Terrible. Expressed concern with management and was told sorry, we will train. Won't be back.

I called in an order 2 burgers W/ fries and pretzel bits with cheese. The burger patties were salty on half of the burger and the other half was extra salty. The pretzel bits was hard as a rock. The food was thrown in the bag any kind of way. I guess it’s better to dine in , that way if things not how it should be you can say something right then.
