Buffets near Bloomington

“Took awhile for anyone to notice we were standing there waiting to be waited on. Then everything else was okay except for the young woman with her 2 children. One a toddler and the other maybe 4. She stood up front on her phone, it was on speaker blasting away. Her kids were on the table, walking around. She kept bringing them food but didn't stay at the table with them. I was hoping that the waiter would ask her to keep her eye on them but he didn't. It was not a peaceful meal. And if we would have said anything I am sure it would have been just horrible that we wanted to enjoy our meal not her phone conversation and her kids stomping on the table.“
