Sit in line for 10 minutes. I had to keep talking together them to respond. Then I pull to the window and the girl told me "I told you to wait, it's rush hour". 3 cars had already pulled off and there was only 1 car ahead of me. Do they make 1 order at a time and wait til it's done to take the next? Shitty ass service. If you don't want to work then stay home.

I was told "one minute please" upon pulling into an empty drive thru. 3 minutes passed with nothing else said, and no response from the mic. Drove half a mile down the road to Taco Bell and was through the drive thru, food in hand, in under 75 seconds.
BK needs to figure it out, because this is not a unique experience at ANY of their restaurants.

I work across the street and was going there a lot.. they have messed up a few time. today at work no car had my Hunni drive across town to get me food and my order was messed up missing stuff off the sandwiches. called to let them know; he read the meal back to me but couldn't do anything because he was not offered a receipt.. I was at work intel 7pm and my Hunni was on the other side of town.. I will not every come back because the service is not good and i have worked at burger king and Jay would have snapped with this type of services

The store is suppose to be open at 6am. They are not. They are still receiving mobile orders but making people wait until 7 am to get their food. Obviously someone dropped the ball on this one! No wonder the burger kings keep closing! Side note.. whoever is opening, you need better customer service skills.
