Manager is rude
We had 16 sandwich order, everything was right fresh and very quickly ready!!! Impressive imo

i have been here a few times and its been fairly good but this time i was not happy with my visit. first off as i walked in i smelled an overwhelming weed smell which almost made me leave but i was hungry. i proceeded to get my order and the worker had a hard time getting my order put in and i had to repeat it a couple times. once i got my food it was not very hot and seemed old but my drink was fine.

Very unprofessional worker on a phone call. Yelling and telling the person to get their mama in check. We are sitting here waiting on our food and she is still talking loud about the situation from the phone call. Very slow service also.

If I could give this place zero Stars I would. My daughter and I went here to get a quick bite to eat for lunch but it end up turning out to be about 45 minutes and we only got half of our food because we ended up leaving. We ordered two plain cheeseburgers and a four piece chicken finger. We got the two cheeseburgers but they had mustard on them, so we politely went back inside to ask for them to fix this. After waiting about 20 minutes they finally gave us two more cheeseburgers but they had mustard on them....again. So I politely gave them back and asked her to correct it again. She snatched the bag out of my hand without saying a word turned around and threw it into the garbage. We waited about another 20 minutes and they still haven't even started making the two plain cheeseburgers. When my daughter asked when the food was going to be done the lady said that we have only one cook and there were people here before us. That was not fully true because when we got to Burger King there was nobody there before us. Instead of waiting for another lengthy amount of time for our burgers to most likely be incorrect AGAIN, her and I decided to just leave and go to McDonald's. Burger King can keep the measly five or six bucks. Never come to this Burger King if you are just wanting a quick bite to eat or if you want your food made correctly.

I’d rate a 0 if I could, food is decent but ALWAYS has terrible service, food comes with a side of attitude and staff appears miserable and the manager is lacking customer service skills. My mother and sister had the same experience.
What a joke this place is. Lazy and will purposely give you the wrong drink size and lie say they are out of stuff because they are beyond lazy. Never going back to this crap hole.

We went to the drive through a full 45 minutes before they closed, and they told us they had already shut down the kitchen so they couldn’t serve us. We asked them why they shut down a full 40 minutes before they officially close and they just said they could offer us drinks and whatnot.
I’m sorry but this is ridiculous… I understand 15 to 20 minutes before closing even to clean the grills if it’s been slow… but almost an hour before you close is a bit unbelievable. Do your jobs people.

The food is amazing but the manager causes drama amongst the staff and actually insults the customer. Also, when you order through the app, they do not start making the food until you drive up to the window. This place definitely takes the fast out of fast food. It’s the same quality as every other BK though once you do get your food after listening to the staff argue amongst themselves.

I was treated very very nice. The service was on point with the 3P’S (PROFESSIONAL POLITE AND PATIENCE’S). My grandsons couldn’t figure out what they wanted to have bcuz of the many varieties that you can choose from. The food was hot tasted fresh and the frozen Fanta soda was so so good. I was going to take it to go but the atmosphere was so peaceful and the internal was so clean and fresh we dined in.

So bad. Can't even get a person in the intercom to take your order. This has happened, my last 3 visits. Today (06/06/25) was just that. Pulled around to see what the issue was. And there was the employee. Sitting in the drive-thru window. On her phone. She put it down as soon as she sees us drive past. That whole store's staff needs fired. Pathetic, isn't even a word to describe this place anymore.
