I came to Cadillac Jacks 2 nights ago to eat. The kitchen was closed so I stayed and had some drinks. The Bartender Kaitlyn made me the best Tequila sunrise I’ve ever had. I enjoyed myself. So I returned today for lunch. I got the Tator Kegs 🔥 and the White Cheddar Garlic Cheese Curds, amazing . I can’t believe I’ve lived my whole life without these. I also ordered a Grilled Ham & Cheese which was also very good . Made to perfection. The prices are super affordable. Highly recommend Cadillac Jacks if you’re coming to the Bloomington/Normal area. The vibe of the bar itself is welcoming and fun and has a home town feeling. Great atmosphere!!
