Every single morning they run out of hot breakfast food. Only Casey’s I’ve ever been to that isn’t always stocked. They are leaving so much money on the table because they can’t manage to supply what’s in demand. So many lost sales.

I usto go here all the time as a kid but when i went here recently late night on saturday going into sunday the dude at the register was a a douche bag and blamed everything on the girl in the back but the girl from the back that night was sweet. Not going back for a while because y'all say 24/7 but y'all be not even open sometimes when I get off work.

My girls and I went to the Casey’s because my 4 year old had to go to the bathroom. They didn’t have toilet paper. Came out of the bathroom and the manager didn’t do anything to help us and the lady next to him was just sitting there doing nothing to help! What is wrong with this world?? How did todays society become so lazy??

Called to ask about pick up times (another store in town told me 30 min, I went to pick it up after 40 and was told it would be another 30 at least, so I cancelled). The guy who answered said, and I quote, “well it says 15 min, but the girl in the kitchen is on break and it’s pretty much up to her. She was supposed to be back by now, but it could be 40-45 min. I don’t know.” Don’t know what y’all are doing, but every one of your stores in town has been a dumpster fire for a few years now

Never any food aside from pizza that looks like its been overcooked after they found it under the oven . Always out of salads . soda machine is almost always either do wn or constantly out of almost every option. Lines always ridiculously long and never seems to be enough people working. I'll never understand how this casesy stays open . Frustrating that you have to drive 20+ minutes away from Bloomington to actually get a decent Casey's and even that is hit and miss.

Worst Casey’s ever! 5-6 customers waiting in line. One cashier while 3 other employees stand around and gossip. Not to mention the extremely rude attitudes. Heaven forbid you actually expect decent customer service. Truly disappointing service.

Atlanta, IL. My wife received terrible customer service when she asked for each bread stick order to placed in a box. The kitchen manager initially refused. I called the store and received extreme rudeness and was told that we were wrong to ask for boxes. The kitchen manager actually hung up on me while I was still talking to her. I have been going to this Casey's for a long time and have made several purchases, first time ever being treated this badly.
Pizza did not arrive at our business. All 3 employees we spoke to were outragously rude. The text message we got said the pizza had been returned to the store and to contact the store. Was accused of trying to get free pizza whwn we didn't ask for this...just trying to resolve the issue. Really unprofessional staff that were accusatory and yelling right from the beginning of the conversation. They hung up on us.Terrible experience all the way around!

Tried over a dozen times to call the Casey's on Fox Creek Bloomjngton, IL. NO ONE answered the phone. Needed to change something on order, but nobody answered darn phone. If not gonna answer then put something on app to be able to change something.
