In spite of being busy on a Friday night, this Chili's was also busy with friendly, fast, quality service!! The greeter at the front was full of life and inviting. Our waitress was attentive and professional. The food was delicious and served in a timely manner. This was one of the best locations I've ever experienced and my family and I will be back!!

This is a decent place to eat and it has moderately short wait times during the dinner rush.Food is good, however, if you want you burgers cooked through you have to let them know you want your burger well done. Been my only food issue here.Additionally, so you know they don't season their beef for the burgers. They rely on sauces to add flavor. This makes the burger patty quite bland.Service is usually a bit better most other well known restaurants.The atmosphere is kind of meh. It's a decent place to eat and talk but it's about par with most other well known brands. It can be a little loud at this location. The TVs, music, talking, it can get to be noisy.

Not always consistent. They need to bring back their old chicken crispers. For as much as they advertise their new chicken crispers, they were very dry. Fries usually are fine but on this occasion they were completely overcooked and rock hard. Southwest egg rolls and chicken bacon ranch quesadillas are always good. Service is fine but the restaurant overall is usually very dirty.

Gave me the wrong sauce for my chicken. The chicken was dry, the fries were cold. The waitress was terrible and forgetting things. Gave us the wrong bill, and was having issues trying to figure it out. I guess you only get one glass of soda, since nobody came around to refill it.

Ordered a chili, Philly sandwich maybe had one fork full of meat in the sandwich the manager seem too busy talking to the young girls working there then taking care of customers one of the worst eating experiences I’ve ever hadVegetarian options: Order the Philly cheese steak sandwich There’s very little meat in it.
