Rough night at this location today. Out of guacamole, cheese, fajita vegetables. Chips seemed to be lacking salt and lime, mild salsa appeared to be mostly tomatoes and nothing else. Could not take cash and credit card machine stopped working for a while. Every table needed to be wiped off from food debris. This is our usual location so willing to visit again. Avoid Chipotle on N. Veterans in Bloomington. Disaster from beginning to end. Submitted an online order because my son wanted a cheese quesadilla. In store you can only order a kids quesadilla. The stupidity of that is annoying as is but what ensued at the restaurant is unacceptable. Our order was to be ready at 12:50. Order was finally received at 1:35. Ordered a quesadilla with chicken. My order arrived with no chicken on it at all. Of course, if you try to call to store, all you get is a recorded line to place an order. Trying to reach them via "Chat with Pepper" is a joke! It's a bot chat with preprogrammed responses. C'mon Chipotle, you can and SHOULD do better!!! 😡😡😡
