Very disappointed. I’ve been coming to this location for some time and have had varying levels of accuracy with my order ahead orders. Today was the first time they completely got it wrong and frankly offendingly wrong. I ordered extra meat and received a normal portion. I ordered light rice and received a normal portion. I ordered light black beans and received 5 solitary beans. My salsa and lettuce were nowhere in sight. If it’s an issue of something being out, tell me when I pick it up and make it right then. I shouldn’t have to go online and correct with a chat bot. Absolutely ridiculous.

I went in to this spicific Chipotle to get a meal with my 9 year old daughter. While ordering the meal I noticed that the were playing inappropriate music in the establishment. It's not cool to be playing (rap) music when it's using the F word, b word, n word, and s word, infront of children.

They also chaged for more than i ordered, but i did not notice it till i got home. I won't be back and advise others to stay away.

Rough night at this location today. Out of guacamole, cheese, fajita vegetables. Chips seemed to be lacking salt and lime, mild salsa appeared to be mostly tomatoes and nothing else. Could not take cash and credit card machine stopped working for a while. Every table needed to be wiped off from food debris. This is our usual location so willing to visit again. Perhaps they were really swamped earlier with the Veterans’ Day promotion but seems like there wasn’t much going on to solve the problems.

No stars deserved. They were absolutely rude. There were no customers in front of me and 2 behind me. I was placing an order in store for my small family yesterday evening. Once they realized I had somewhat of larger order they seemed to become very frustrated. Started slamming things and had a complete attitude. I only ordered 2 bowls large chips drinks and a kids meal. We didn’t receive a large bag a chips whatsoever. They barely put any meat on one of the bowls. The other bowl they trenched it in hot
sauce. Just terrible service.

Just went and got 2 bowls 5pm on October 20th whoever the man is working right now did an AMAZING JOB! the best bowl I’ve had in awhile from this location! He was very fast and had great customer service ! He had me in and out in less than 4 minutes. He had curly hair and was light skinned. You deserve props! Thank you!

I just went in with my order, and it was actually the manager on duty who helped me. He was very friendly and helpful, even with my wife's unusual request. They were clearly busy, but he was still conversational and welcoming. I've seen some reviews criticizing the food, but ours is solid and we've had barely any issues in the years we've been going here. I'd recommend to anyone who likes burritos.

Don’t eat here past 8 pm because they are always out of most things. Very odd for a place that is supposed to stay open till 10 pm. Been here multiple times in the evening and they turned us away because out of rice, beans, steak, chicken, etc. Sad!! Not sure how they stay in business.

This has been our favorite Chipotle location for years but lately they've been struggling. The past two times I've gone, they've been out of everything. EVERYTHING. One of those times I had placed my order on the app and already paid. They marked it as ready to pick up so I drive across town to pick it up only for them to tell me they hadn't prepared anything because they were out of everything. On top of that, they couldn't give me a refund on the store because I had order on the app. And the customer service line didnt want to give me a refund because it had been marked as ready for pickup. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Staffs were not very welcoming. This is the most stingy Chiptole I have ever been to. They literally gave me 5 pieces of small meat for my protein portion.

I've gone to this location several times because it's the closest one to me when I'm anting chipotle and I'm always a little disappointed. The rice is almost always under cooked and several of the workers give attitude or just seem super annoyed. I know everyone has the re bad days but even if I'm as a friendly as I can be it always seems like it makes them more irritable.
